Ok since we could not get any response I’m going to put you out on blast for everyone to see. My son stopped by on 2/12/26 because he wanted a burger no salt ,but instead he got a raw burger now for people to be just gross is unacceptable. Now when you have cancer and you get the urge to eat or have a taste for food you would like for it to be right, not ignored by the higher up if it was someone in your family I guarantee it would be some consequences and repercussions. If you had a lawyer contacting you you would do better.Your scores are already low looks like the ower Mr. McGuire would see what the problem is. Oh and I do have pictures

Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Every time I go something in my order is incorrect. They never make the orders correctly, always adds cheese when asked for none. Have asked for it to be remade a couple of times always to be met with rudeness from the workers and even eye rolls. Service is always horrible, workers yelling at each other having fun, but ignoring customers and getting orders wrong. Drive thru takes for ever during lunch and dinner and never get the orders correct. I’ve come back to this McDonald’s because it is the closest to my house but I will never go again because they never improve, no matter the time of day you go. On one occasion we asked for no pickles on a big Mac and received the burger with no pickles, but a box filled with pickles on the side that leaked pickle juice all over the fries and napkins, even our table. Don’t risk going, it won’t be good. Will always go to the one in South Rutherford instead or the one on Memorial, both are infinitely better than this one.

Waited nearly 25 minutes at curbside for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks, half of which was wrong. My husband went in at the 15 minute mark to see that our food was just then being put in. Long line of people waiting for their food with the main person in charge not having a care in the world for any of the customers. The appeal of curbside/ using the app is ease and priority which was non-existent. Easily the worst service at a McDonald’s, and that’s saying something.

I had a mobile order and it was placed 5 minutes before I got there when I got my food my chicken tenders looked like this… they were insanely dry and hard as a rock and my fries were cold so the I tried contacting them but they turned of their cell phones so my phone went through voicemail terrible service and food never will eat here again

McDonald’s is McDonald’s anywhere you go we all know this. If one is good it wont be for long. The good workers go elsewhere because always to many lazys and to many nasty boys that stay in the bathrooms buy dont was they’re hands..so eat at your own risk! Actually caught one at crossville McDonald’s and I informed the manager. A week later I was back and that same employee was hanging out back with said manager laughing and smoking..after she told me that she would take care of it…so yeah if you dont already have a sense of McDonald’s quality and or sanitary practices then all I can say is ENJOY!

I stood in there 45 minutes waiting to pay for two large drinks and everybody working looked at the counter, but never come and waited on me. I kept saying hey they never looked back. There’s people in there waiting longer than I was for their food. they’re slow as hell it shouldn’t be any kids working. It’s fast food, not slow as a turtle.

I come here often but never inside. I came in for an Uber order. Waited forever because the guy was too busy flirting with other coworkers. No one greeted or asked what I needed. Lady working said ” why you just standing there ” directed at me but to her coworker then goes to hide in the back. I was waiting for an order. Worst customer service and I watched them literally dig in each other’s hair after touching food. It just was not good service. I hope they do better

As the employee at the drive thru told me as he dropped my drink onto my arm and the side of my car, this is the “worst customer service ever” of any McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Good luck being lactose intolerant, good luck if you expect to receive your entire order, and good luck if you have plans within an hour of visiting here, because you’re not going to make it on time! You best hope you like the interior architecture as well, because you’ll be in and out of the store multiple times in one visit if you plan on getting what you ordered! It’s also not uncommon to get one of a complimentary eye roll from the staff, particularly the night shift.

Service is crap everytime. New ways to disapoint every time. Wait 10 min just to get someone to answer the speaker. People in the kitchen cussing each other out instead of doing there job. Its a playground in there, especially at night.
