The manager on 3/4/26 at 6pm shouldn’t be working for customer service she was rude and when I asked for a paper bag with a handle remind you I get one everytime I order over $40 of food for my 4 kids and walking home remind you. She tells me no I dont want to give you a back smirking says its for door dash. I told her I was walking and that what if my bags rip she laughed and said I dont want to and not giving you a bag. Well guess what I hope the owners make her pay cuz 3 out of 5 bags rips fell on the way home so only 1 out of 4 kids ate. I want a refund

I went on Dec. 8th in the evening:

Man, I don’t think I’ve had that level of customer service in some time. I went through the drive though twice because I forgot something. Both times, the cashier was very patient and kind with me when ordering and paying — while simultaneously taking another order. Real, genuine kindness. I wish I got her name. The lady who handed me my food was the same way. I made a mistake in my order and she was offering suggestions to help make it right. Even the lady behind her smiled at me in a pleasant way.

To top it all off, I get home, my order is exactly what I asked for and my food is still relatively warm and fresh. I appreciate ya’ll for serving the community in that fashion.

they made my frappe wonderfully. problem is when your a walk in customer looking to order in person you seem to be very last priority. people to lazy to get out there cars, people getting deliveries so they don’t have to even leave their house, and people that ordered that aren’t even at the restaurant yet seem to alll come first, meanwhile line of people that walked to McDonald’s in the cold, and are standing at register waiting to order are last priority. several employees including managers will clearly see you and yet pretend like noone ever walked in the restaurant for an unreasonable amount of time. a line of cars that entered the drive thru AFTER youve entered store are getting served and sent on there way before your order is taken. verry rude and frustrating noone ever ended up taking my order. they had me waiting ridiculously long so i had to use the kiosk, it was the only way my order was going to be added to the que, its almost like thats what the slow moving, lazy, crappy attitude teenage employees wanted. quality customer service is dead these days

I go to this specific mcdonalds often because I work close by. My food is always on point but the service usually is a little let’s say unpleasant. But I had an above and beyond experience with one of the workers, Brianna. She was so friendly and went way above her duties to assist me. And she was already busy because I heard, im assuming a supervisor, ask her if she had done XYZ (some kind of paperwork) and she responded not yet I haven’t had the chance and she still took the time to assist me. Im not one to make reviews but I know most of the time people are complaining so I wanted to come and make sure it was known she was, IS, an excellent asset to that mcdonalds team.

Typically always a great experience, I just want to give you guys a heads up about the whole penny situation. You need to figure that out because having customers pay exact change or making your employees give out five cents as a mandatory return to the customers is really gonna cost your company both time and moneyjust saying.

This Mcdonalds has a sorry excuse for employees. EVERY time i go to this location no matter the time of day or if its in person or online order SOMETHING goes wrong weather my order is wrong or if i just dont get it at all, i just tried to place an online order, the driver was at the location for over 10 minutes and the employees then told him they didnt not receive an order so i sent over the order number and they still denied getting it. absolutely ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE, ive had to get at least 6 refunds from ordering at this location.

This is the Worst Experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s or any Restaurant! ***Please Read****
As anyone who reads my Reviews, there are not many Negative, if so it based on my experience at the time of visit. Anyway, last night I get out of work in the early morning hours and most times I do not get to eat at work so I stopped at this location being it was right next to the patient I work for and the highway being right there. I arrived at 1:43 AM. When the order-taker asked what I would like I asked for a Cheeseburger Happy Meal and a Large Strawberry Shake. He replied sorry we do not have either one and are you paying cash? We are only taking cash tonight. I asked why he said this is what they do at this time of the morning. I agreed to pay cash but they still didn’t have the kids meal or shake. I then asked what they do have and the order-taker replied what else do you want? So I asked for a manager, this was the mistake on my part and where it all began. As I drove up to the window as you can see no one was in sight. So I went to the second window and clearly stated this is being recorded. The manager acting as if she was a police officer stated turned it off as I did. But that wasn’t good enough for her she said she was calling the police and told me don’t move. One would assume she was a cop as I started. So I stood there being I did nothing wrong. And she was on the phone with the police. Within 3 minutes a police officer arrived and she came outside and made a false statement to the officer. She told the officer I said I was an inspector? I was shocked and confused as to what she was saying. Note: she also stated I was being recorded and my license plate was also taken. Within nothing to hide, I abided by her request to not move. Not to mention this also held up the dive up the line. After the police officer was done listening to her. Without asking me for my side of the issue. He told me what the F— is wrong with me? If I wasn’t ordering food then get the F— out of here! In fact, get in your car now and get the F— out of here now before I arrest you. I asked him why was she able to detain me and him replied Do You Want to Go to Jail? I got in my car and left! The pictures show events of the timeline I wrote about.
