Best I can say is you get what you pay for. It is cheap..$23 and some change for me and my dauther…..First time visitor and last unfortunately. Staff was friendly. Cleanliness was ..ok…food definitely not great. Very bland, salad had mushy vegetables and tasted old…small portions….especially the meat.
Daughter even thought the sauce “tasted funny”

After a few bad experiences here, we’re very pleased to have a wonderful family lunch. Good deals, fresh food, and comfortable atmosphere. Elaina specifically made my day better. She was so sweet and friendly. She showered us with breadsticks and very thoughtfully offered us a bag to take the uneaten ones home. She definitely makes us want to go back soon.

All I have to say is it was gross as soon as I got to the front door. I’ve never dined in before and never will eat there again. The front door was absolutely filthy greasy. Then after we ordered the tray they put my salad on was dirty greasy and stuff stuck on it. Then when we got to fill our drinks i didn’t realize that the silverware is grab yourself so their sitting there and every one had food on it or looked greasy. The containers that hold the silverware were slimy. There were crumpled up dirty napkins in one of them. Absolutely gross. I ended up going back up tot the counter and canceling my order. Completely ruined my appetite. I understand that places get handprints on doors and things but I’m telling you this was gross the door was my first red flag. I should have took a picture of it.

First Time Experience with Fazoli’s!!
My boyfriend and I came here to eat for our year and a half anniversary, he’d been here before and recommended it. It was an overall good experience and we will be coming back. However, the wait time for food was a little longer than we expected, and there was an even longer wait time for breadsticks, and I had an extremely mushy cherry tomato in my salad. It would’ve been an amazing experience had it not been for the mushy tomato, it kinda grossed me out.
Nonetheless the main courses were delicious. Staff was a bit rushed, and seemed impatient, but there was a slight dinner rush so I understand.
I understand it’s hard to make sure everything is “standard” level in a rush, but encourage employees to be double checking items that have potential to go bad quickly!!

The food and atmosphere of this place is unmatched! I really enjoyed my pasta and unlimited breadsticks. I am from out of town and had never been here before. I was very pleasantly surprised. Our server, Heather, was also very kind and helpful.

Can’t believe the bad attitude of the woman running the drive through. I know people have bad days but be careful not to let that bleed into your work cause customer service is important. I asked for my receipt. Didn’t seem like an unreasonable request for a drive through. Normally it’s offered.
Two eye rolls, a dramatic sigh and a “fiiiiineee” later, she hands me the receipt and then closes the window quickly as I say thank you. Disappointed by that but the food was just fine.

Very salty, 5 tables and never brought out bread sticks. Food was fine but hard to mess up pasta. Better service. They ask for a tip before getting served. Glad I never tipped.

I was on a last-minute long distance road trip with my mom due to some extremely difficult family events, and were staying at a nearby hotel. I ordered online and walked over to get us some hot food after days of hard work and stress, and the food was ready right on time and the staff was so kind. As a result, this Fazoli’s is responsible for one of my new favorite memories: eating pasta and breadsticks with my mom and laughing and talking in our hotel room as we got through a difficult time.
