Hands down 5 star service. The girl at the drive through was so kind, polite and professional. We had to circle around again to correct a small error in our taco but she was so professional and courteous and apologized even though she didnt have to at all. It was a small mistake and it happens. Especially when its busy. What I also liked about our experience is the fact that the side of guacamole was full. So often, at other taco bells, they barely give half, but these guys here took care of us. Its the little things in life, but it feels good to be taken care of like how we were tonight. This will be our new Taco Bell for sure, even driving out of our way to come here! Great job guys and gals, thanks for great service!

Arguably one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I have had. I had a chicken quesadilla with a supreme taco. Half the quesadilla had nothing on it and my taco had no sour cream in it; however, it was splattered on the side. I also had an additional taco with no lettuce. That taco had so much extra lettuce, I am convinced it was done out of spite. Normally, I would return and ask it be remade, but I was across town by that point. I have no idea what the kitchen staff are doing, but it isn’t working.

Don’t come here unless you’re ready to wait 30+ minutes for food. Staff is typically rude and has attitude. Your orders typically won’t come out right either. Tend to have a hard time putting all your items in your bag or can’t handle modifications. Go to the taco bell on western blvd for better luck maybe.

I’ve been going for quite some time now.Haven’t really had any problems other than just blatantly ignored And so you have to basically yell to get somebody’s attention. I DoorDash some food in my house. Last week and the order was completely wrong. They ended up closing so there was nothing I could do and then to. Night on. Sunday, November 16th. I sent my girlfriend to go pick up some food. Hoping that it was correct. It was my fault for not checking To see if It was But we both ordered the flamin hot burrito combo that is supposed to come with a taco but neither of ours had the taco. So we were missing two items. Like by all means, I am not a ignorant person and I have the most amount of respect being that I have been going here for quite some time.
But it just seems like people are slacking. Not getting that you see a 1000 people a day. I’ve worked in fast food as well. I know how it is and definitely. Underrated, as far as getting paid.
And for doing the amount of work that they do.
I’m just a little frustrated being that. It’s have not gotten my food correct. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and I’m sorry for having to write a post and thank you for All the work That you do.

I ordered online without any sauce or any kind of cheese and they gave it to me wrong (with cheese) which is okay I was not upset. I went back to let them know and even showed them the order receipt that states no kind of cheeses or sauces and they redid it and again it had chipotle sauce this time although it said none on the order. I did not bother going back a 3rd time. Now I have to burritos that I cannot eat.

order , attempted to pick it up at 11:15pm, they had their doors locked even though they close at 12am. they told me i had to go through drive thru to pick up my order. picked up my order, two modified dorito gordita crunches, 1 modified veggie bowl, missing the sauces on all three items, no cheese no tomato on the bowl and somehow got chicken. not even the good kind (cantina) but the awful one. it was a bowl of pretty much dry lettuce, chicken and a few shreds of cabbage. spent $30.00 for two tacos and a bowl of lettuce. my fiance and i had cold tacos the bread wasn’t even attempted to be toasted. i just don’t understand the customer service here maybe im just used to higher standards as i’ve worked at chick fil a but i guess i forgot how bad customer service can be if you’re at the right place at the wrong time. but here i think everyday is a wrong time lol. won’t be coming back i literally just started eating taco bell for the first time in my life i can see why it’s so iffy. do better

Went in for what I thought would be a quick carryout trip, turned into me waiting for 45 minutes for a quesadilla that never came, while the packed lobby looked around at each other nervously as the staff behind the counter yelled at each other. Working in food service can be stressful and understaffed I get it, but omg this was ridiculous how they were acting back there. Worst dining experience ever

Worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. The food was burnt and dry, all of their drink machines were “down” and when i asked for a refund, he just walked away from me. Just shitty people and a shitty environment. Its gonna be a long time before I go or recommend taco bell again. Pathetic
