I had a craving for a big fat Torta, pero BIEN chingona and ended up here in paramount. The size of this torta was ridiculous! Needless to say I pounded this torta down in the parking lot and savored every moment of it.

Was filming close by and stopped by cuz I was starving and I’m so glad I did because I live an hour from here. But most importantly, I realized that I had recently had to cancel my card and only had $8 on me. When I realized it I told them to cancel my order cuz I didn’t have enough to pay. But they said it was ok and gave me $8 worth of meat on my torta. This kind of kindness and love is not seen anymore. BEYOND GRATEFUL!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 6 tortas online. I was charged $5 for ordering online and $2 for using my card. You have to serve your own salsas, onions, cilantros, lemons, cucumbers, etc. They had a good variety of salsas. Staff was average in customer service, but cashier could be nicer. The place was totally empty inside. They forgot the napkins. They charged me twice for sales tax but resolved it the following morning. The owner apologized and refunded the extra sales tax and $2 fee. Tortas are kind of pricey compared to other local venues but they have several choices. I liked the fact they each torta comes in its own paper bag labeled.

The staff was super friendly, unfortunately, they food was the worst that I have ever had.
It tasted as if it was days old. I was only able to half and threw the rest away. I got carne asada fries, and the fries tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed for months. I also got a torta de pastor, and the meat tasted as if it was reheated over and over. To the point that it tasted like chorizo instead of pastor.
At the end, I ended up getting an upset stomach from the food. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going.

I was so excited to order the plate of carnitas and burrito for my daughter. When I started eating, I noticed that they didn’t give us any salsa or anything like they would in any Mexican places I’ve been – food tasteless, bland needs more seasoning. For $27 not worth it, II regretted getting food here.

These tortas are huge, they easily feed two people. La DF torta was really good. The birria consome was alright. My only takeaway is that they have a real fly problem in there and the items in the salsa bar were not fresh, the radishes and cucumbers looked like they had been there for a while. I would order to go. The dine-in experience was not good.

Small place, but very tasty food, the tortas are delicious, their hard birria tacos and consomé was delicious. The one thing that people will have a problem with is minimal to no parking.
