Speed means nothing when you take the order so fast you get it WRONG then, repeat it back so fast the customer does not catch the error. In turn YOU not getting what you wanted!! Also, carhops are no longer trusted with cash, I guess. So they have to go inside and get your change. Which takes entirely too long! Do better, Sonic. Your customers are who pays your bills and payroll.

Went to this location tonight for dinner and I ordered 3 meals and a pretzel. When the food came out my son’s drink was wrong ok no big deal they went and remade. I checked my husbands burger and it had mayo on it. We asked for no mayo add ketchup and mustard ok no big deal I asked if they could remake it someone even came out to talk to me face to face so they heard what I wanted. When they brought it out I wasn’t thinking about checking it got home and my husband goes to eat it it has mayo on it again. My husband calls and explains to the manager on duty and she calls us a liar and tells him that she offered my coupons and refused them. ( she gave me one coupon for a 99 cent breakfast burrito) not multiple again not the problem when talking to the manager she tells my husband that she made the burger but then goes to tell him that she wiped off the mayo and brought it back to us. He is telling her that she can’t do that and she has to remake it when they mess us. She starts yelling at him and tells him that she will be banning us from her store and then hangs up on us.

My family seldom eats Sonic for breakfast. This reminds me why…we ordered two burittos , french toast sticks, and a bacon, egg, and cheese toaster. Carhop was asked for salsa, we were give TWO packs for two burittos. The toaster was burnt as the pictures show. It honestly makes us frustrated, if your employees can not do their job according to even subpare standards, then you need new employees.

They think this is acceptable. Employee who answered the phone claimed to be management and refused to give a name. Causing quite the confusion. If you want weird food and no remorse this is your spot! Thanks for my refund it was needed.

The order was rang through drive through, so we sat waiting for quite a while. Four drinks/shakes and mozzarella sticks and cheddar peppers. They made it fresh after I called back in, and they comped it. They were very nice about it.

My husband picked up breakfast and was first in line when they opened.. We always order the same thing but the last two times the food has been less than what we have gotten in the past.. No biggie.. Still tasted good.. Today however.. I got a half of an ultimate meat and cheese burrito missing potatoes.. The other burrito was made full and food overflowing the top of the burrito..

I made a pick up order, got my food fast and fresh! I would say that I dislike how sweet the batter is for the onion rings. I enjoyed the chicken sandwich and double burger!
