This woman, the manager of this Chipotle, is quite unprofessional in her dealings with customers. Her manner is anything but friendly. She shouldn’t tarnish Chipotle’s prestigious name like this. We won’t be coming back here. I hope they fire her.

My husband went here to get us dinner and the employee would not let him get steak because they were out of it and not making it again for the night. My husband saw they had steak for take out so he asked if he could get it from there and the employee argued and wouldn’t let him get the steak unless he placed an online order. I understand it was late but they don’t close until 11pm my husband was there around 9. I hate to be that person and write a a bad review but we won’t be back at this location again.

The amount of times that I have ordered from this Chipotle is embarrassing, but it has been worth it. Over the years certain things have gotten worse. Specially the dining area. It has gotten to the point of me preferring to only do take out and delivery from this location because the tables are usually messy (used utensils, napkins, drinks, etc) as well as the bathrooms. The messy customers share some blame, but the responsibility falls back on the staff as this is just a part of the food service industry.
The next thing is staff, which they are usually nice and efficient. They’re not always consistent and the lack of either effort, concern, or other outlying issues that keep the dining area and bathrooms from being clean is disheartening. Overall they’re above average.
Lastly is the food. This Chipotle is on it about 8 out of 10 times. They’re are times when I order delivery and the bowls come a little skimpy, but usually they’re beautiful bowls like the one I posted. The food quality is usually good. They’re very consistent when it comes to food, but not perfect. It is best to go in and watch your order be made for take out.
All in all, worth going for take out and hopefully the cleanliness will improve and they’ll be worth the 5 stars in comparison to other Chipotle and similar style restaurants.

This is my goto place couple of times a week but today it’s horrible – perhaps the lady at the serving counter is. Ew and she is annoying at best with serving very very small amounts of chicken and meats to customers – on questioning she said that is the way and the next person who appeared to be more sensible had to intervene and add more meat – this behavior is what results in losing customers …

This place that my family calls The Chip serves make your own style of salad, burrito, or bowl with romaine, choice of pinto or black beans, a protein, and 4 sauces ranging from mild to hot. I usually order the salad with half pinto beans and half black beans because I just can’t decide. The proteins tend to be spicy, but i love the flavorful chicken and smoked brisket, and the carnitas is awesome too. The food is often a little too spicy for me so I opt for the tomato salsa sauce, but the other 3 sauces turn up the spice. I add on white grated cheese, queso blanco, and sour cream. Guacamole is an upcharge and so worth it. You cannot miss with crisp chips and salsa roja, queso blanco, or guacamole or all three. There are some cookies for dessert. The Coca Cola fountain machine and brewed tea are good options. I love the tea. They offer 4 beverages on tap, lemonade, watermelon limeade, mandarin aqua fresca, and berry agua fresca, with no info on calories or sweeteners. The app could be good if you could access it but Chipotle has no WIFI. The whole place is wheelchair accessible with a heavy bathroom door to the wheelchair accessible bathroom. Nice open dining are with loud music. There is one place for 2 chairs, a bit separated and a little quieter. Menus on the wall are readable with larger letters

Chipotle Mexican Grill of Dani Drive is your typical location, however this one is quite packed (due to the nature of Fort Myers.) Employees are a little unfriendly but they are efficient with the portions being somewhat decent. The trashes were not overflowing, and they had a lot to make up for the high demand. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Overall, this is a decent Chipotle but it isn’t a great experience.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS STORE. I would not recommend ordering from this store. To make matters worse there is NO way to call the store to speak with someone if you have a question about anything. This store was out of one ingredient and instead of offering a substitution or any sort of resolution, they would not give my order to the pickup person. Left me without the food and no solutions. They were very unkind about the whole situation.
