We have been getting robbed at the Zaxby’s on Reidville Road in Spartanburg SC. This is what the last salad looked like that I purchased from this location. It’s gotten to the point where they just don’t seem to care so now you get a bad review. In the last year in a half or so every salad has been either missing chicken or not having any toast in the order at all or looking like the salad has been just thrown in the bowl/plate. The last picture is from where I ordered my Son a grilled chicken house salad to be delivered through DoorDash to his house and when he got it half of the chicken was missing and you can clearly see where it was supposed to be in the salad. I reached out to DoorDash with a pic but I never got a response nor a refund from either establishment.
We the customers are being charged so much more money for goods that we are clearly not receiving. It’s a shame what management lets happen without any improvements and things seem to only be getting worse and worse. I refuse to keep giving my hard earned money to a restaurant that insists on not making sure that their employees are giving the customer what they are paying for. We are not asking for anything free. We are asking that we get what we pay for.
A totally dissatisfied long time customer!

Went in tonight to have dinner with my family unfortunately the young lady that was supposed to be taking our order was to busy texting on her phone to even began to try and get our order. After the third attempt to make our order we decided that her texting was more important than any type of customer service so we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Do yourselves a favor don’t go here they valve texting over customer service.

i went there yesterday & ordered a grilled chicken cobb zalad through the drive thru. i clearly said grilled & they gave me fried initially & so i told the woman who rung me up that i wanted grilled & she stared at me & said “well they gone have to make it all over again..” with attitude, expecting me to just take what i didn’t order. i insisted i wanted grilled & so she proceeds to snatch my card, ring me up & gave me my salad & said nothing & then slammed the window shut. when i got home & checked my food it wasn’t even the right salad. i didn’t even feel like going back & certainly won’t go back. i don’t know who she was but she doesn’t need to be ringing people up if she’s gonna have an attitude & give out the wrong food. it looked like she gave the person in front of me a hard time too. wouldn’t recommend the reidville location, they don’t know what they’re doing.

Close this place down! It has rude, impatient, unprofessional employees. The manager was even worse; he almost jumped out of the drive-thru window and yelled at a woman. He felt so manly that he could yell at her. Is this how they want me to speak nicely about them and leave my review?

Not gonna lie I haven’t been in a good couple of years since I’ve gotten food poisoning. However, the only bad thing I can talk about is the food, they be rationing on sauces for things that come with sauce on them! This is probably one of the worst Zaxby’s I’ve been to in my entire life- food wise.
