A very run of the mill McDonald’s, but very quick and friendly staff. Nothing was wrong with the order either. The location was a bit dirty but was quiet. The tables were firm seats, there was sa variety of seat types, and was comfortable. I honestly myself kinda just a childish-snack but my significant other enjoyed their meal.

I have been to this McDonald’s 4 weeks in a row. Today is November 11th 2025. The time is 9:27 a.m. I went there and ordered the usual large decaf coffee. Five creams. My coffee did not taste like nor did it look like a coffee with five creams. It looked almost dark so hardly any cream went in it. On top of that, my decaf coffee was cold. On top of that my hash brown that I get was also as if it’s swam in a basket of grease and it too was cold. It’s been that way. The last four times. I called the McDonald’s and talked to a manager. Not sure which one as she never gave me her name but that being said the only way she would give me anything is to show proof that I bought anything there which I told her that she had two women there and describe them to a t that wasn’t good enough. So my guess is I told her I’m just going to leave a bad review and I’ll not be there again. I will go somewhere else and order my coffee McDonald’s you’re really starting to stink and you getting on my nerves and I’ve only been here a couple weeks just moved to the area. You will not get my business again because you didn’t want to give me a free coffee and hash brown. Oh, let’s not to mention that the Monopoly that you still advertise for the past 4 weeks. I have not received any of the Monopoly games either. Which one of the reasons why I purchased the large coffee and the hash brown. If this is the way you run business around here well you’ll not get mine and the only fat that I gave you one star is because I had to not because I wanted to. Otherwise you wouldn’t get it from me. Bristol needs to understand something. There’s a new sheriff in town and if you do badly to me or my friends or my family I will post about it. If you do great I will post about that. Too bad business is bad business. Believe me people pay attention to reviews. I sure do shawty service all around the past 4 weeks and I’m new here. Can’t imagine what a year would be. With this review I’m giving two pictures. That’s the proof that I have since they didn’t give me receipts in any of the four visits. I’ve been there most of the time. They don’t give it to you.

The food was ok, but this manager talked down on to one of the workers named Peter. Mind you peter was trying to mop and sweep the lobby to keep it looking nice when the on duty manager said to him “what all have you done” but she said it twice, the first at Normal speed then the second very slow, and she had a bad attitude while talking to Peter. She made him move from the lobby to in the back, but Peter did an excellent job and he recommend me to try a new baber shop out. Peter definitely needs a raise or manager needs a talking to.

Everything was fine and dandy until I got a leaking coffee cup that was damaged to the bottom of the cup and there was a hair in my breakfast sandwich. Did you not notice that dripping when you handed it to my husband and do y’all not wear hair nets anymore??? One of the worst mcdonalds in our area. Will continuously get orders wrong and charge you for the missing or wrong items. The staff is unprofessional and un able to do their jobs no matter what time of the day or day of the week.

Absolutely horrible store. Food just thrown together and cold. No monopoly pieces on food purchased and when I called the store and advised them manager was very rude and nasty and hung up the phone on me. Very very unprofessional. I can honestly say I will go out of my way next time I want breakfast from Mcdonald and avoid this one at all cost. 9 days after the monopoly started they aren’t giving customers pieces on food items. Hummmm will you know if someone wins from that store it’s an employee stealing them since they aren’t giving to customers

Very poor service , I asked 2 times for my food to be made fresh just to get home and the mcchicken is hard the fry’s is cold and the nuggets to taste old , I’m not sure why this is a repeat issue at this location the only reason I go is cause my kids want McDonald’s but never again will we go back since it’s so hard to get fresh food from this place and that’s even with us having to sit at the second window for a few minutes

Ordered a large orange juice with my meal and they just took a small and added water til it filled a large cup. Don’t have time to go back and go inside or wait through the long line again. This location is pathetic always messes my stuff up no clue why I came back again today won’t be making that mistake ever again.

Got a 20 piece nugget and a basket of fries. The basket of fries is a awesome deal! The nuggets was ok ( wish they was pure chicken) the fries are good. All in all the food is ok would be better if it was like when they had pure meat.

I ordered breakfast through the app at 1046 to be picked up via drive thru. When I arrived just at 11, I was told by KIM who had the biggest attitude, poorest customer service yelled at us that its after 11. No apologies for the mix up. Very poor social skills and representation for the biz. If I had ordered for in store pick up im sure it would have been fine.I asked her for the corprate number which she rattled off. Not helpful.
