We were seated and waited on promptly. Our cups were never empty. The staff was very friendly and happy to serve. They made us feel welcomed and a valued customer. The food was delicious and came out of the kitchen hot. We’ll definitely be back!

The food was pretty good here. My wife had a huge Apple Walnut type salad and I had the Bacon Ranch Flatbread, they were both very good. But what made this visit so good was the service. Our waiter was very attentive, he was spot on with our refills and bringing us our apps and food in a timely manner and was very polite. We even had a conversation with the GM who insisted I try a piece of HIS pizza he just had made for himself! They also had some really tasty shots that I’ve never had before that were amazing!

Over all great food my meal and appetizers came out at the same time. The added onions to the burger even though we said no onions on the burger. Wings were hot hot and so good. Half medium buffalo and half ghost pepper. So very good. Drink were good I had the Red Bull Rita and it’s a good pour. Over all I can move past the mistakes but the appetizer coming out with the meal well that’s what get me.

Thankfully The Dining area was closed and the bar section was open. I dont drink but sat at the bar for lunch with a friend. Lots of seating(booths) in bar section and lots of seating at the bar with good space between other customers. Ordered wings and a coke and were taken good care of. Everything was nice and clean bartender even remembered I liked lime in my coke. They were playing wonderful music from every era. Had a great relaxing lunch. They also had current sports playing on several flat screens throughout the bar

Management chooses to put business and corporate interests over helping its customers. Very sad to see in these times. The reason corporations get away with stuffing their pockets to the brim is because people who work for them think choosing the corporation will get them ahead in life at the expense others who are just like them. I understand the circumstances that would make someone choose this, but it’s still wrong. Please learn to care about people.
A little more detail:
I had been gone 20 minutes and realized I left my food there. We left A LOT of food in the boxes. I am a single mom of 3 daughters so we can never finish our food, but anything we order is very expensive for me and I try to save it for leftovers. The employees didn’t leave it, knowing we boxed it up so obviously we wanted it. They could have left it out, common sense we would come get it or they could throw it away at closing time. But whatever that’s not what matters. When I called, the manager said “there’s nothing we can do, I don’t feel comfortable giving out free food.” Comfortable??? Do you train your managers to put profit over customers in need? He could have easily said “I’ll give you some leftover wings” or “come get a new batch tomorrow” which wouldn’t have even been our full leftovers. So when I asked what made him uncomfortable, he got all defensive, then HE HUNG UP ON ME. I called twice more, to which HE HUNG UP ON ME. When I called, all I was asking for was his first and last name. THAT’S IT. NOTHING ELSE. I even asked nicely and calmly, did not get upset, did not yell, nothing. He said ” only if you tell me who I’m speaking with first” which is absolutely not acceptable for someone in a management position. The last time I called, they threatened to call the police for harassment??? Like what in the world. His name is Jay supposedly, and he better be immediately fired. This is sickening.

Waited 52 min for a to go order. Get home and the wings are wrong and no fries. Not worth returning to complain but very disappointed that they can’t even get an order right. 10 wings, got 8. Side of fries missing AND the other wings were sitting and dried out with no fries. So much for discounted wings when you only get half your food

First off, I call and order the wing deal almost every Tuesday ( 67. Wings). This particular time I was told the deal only applied if I ordered a drink which I’ve never been told before( plus i got onion rings so its not like i only ordered wings?). So, I ordered a drink to go as well even though I didnt think that was correct. Then when I got there to pick up they couldn’t find my order, then it was found and I said the receipt didnt look correct. I asked for golden hot and they gave me 6 golden and 6 hot. I didnt want to wait another 30 minutes so I dealt with it but was disappointed. Then I asked the manager if it was true I had to order a drink and he said no, only for dine in. I said “oh, I didn’t even want or need a drink and was told I had to get it”. He laughed and said have a good day. No offer for refund. We get home to eat and the onion rings are flavorless and my wings were in fact wrong like I thought the receipt showed. They were disappointing, my stomach has hurt since, and unfortunately this isn’t the first time we have been disappointed. It’ll be our last. Plus its always very crowded and smells weird in the restaurant so dine in isn’t our favorite choice.

I have tried to give this particular location a chance and it has been a bad experience all three times. One time I did order from doordash and it was an hour before they closed and I called their store over seven times and nobody ever answered the phone at all. I did another order and my son went to pick it up and I ordered potato skins amd a small order of wings. The Wings are barely bigger than my thumb and the potato skins were burnt. Literally burnt and they tasted dry and horrible. I am beginning to think that restaurants will send “bad” food on to go orders thinking there’s a less likely chance that someone will complain. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

Karen Karen Karen. Can not get enough of this very attentive, knowledgeable young lady. She is outstanding at her job. And needs a raise. Wings and pizza for this girl right here and the food is phenomenal. So all around good food good service. Come here quite often because of the service that Karen provides and the yummy food that is cooked to perfection.
