The service and the food were excellent. Even on a busy Friday night, the attention to detail was intentional. Alexa was our servant but it was a team effort to ensure a smooth and positive experience. The manager did a formative assessment of how we were doing and I was impressed when he said he was there to help while our server, Alexa, was finishing up with taking care of a large party. Alexa came and the impressiveness continued. She was friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. The food was great and this is certainly a place I will visit again.

From the moment we walked in to the time we left, everything was spot on.
Service was excellent, the food and drinks were on point, and the space itself is really well done — stylish but still comfortable. Our order came out surprisingly fast, and our server was super friendly and knew the menu inside and out, which made deciding easy.
The manager (I think his name was Richie) also stopped by and was very welcoming. You can tell the team actually cares about making sure guests have a great experience.
Definitely a place I’ll be returning to.

Looks can be deceiving, and this place is a perfect example. Walking in, you’d expect an exceptional dining experience: the decor and ambience set the bar high. Unfortunately, that’s where it ends.
The food was genuinely disappointing. We ordered the Molcajete Queso, which is a great concept in theory, but dairy and extremely high heat clearly don’t mix. The queso was so badly burnt it was nearly inedible. Despite that, we still ate it rather than waste the money. For entrees, we had enchiladas that were mediocre at best. You can easily find better enchiladas at well-established Tex-Mex chains for half the price. To make matters worse, none of the beans or rice were vegetarian-friendly, which was an unexpected and frustrating limitation. We also tried one cocktail, which was forgettable and nothing special.
Overall, this is not a place I’d recommend for food. If you’re looking to enjoy the beautiful décor, ambience, and maybe grab a drink, it might be worth a visit, but for dining, it’s a hard pass.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The service was top tier, the food and drinks were fantastic, and the place itself looks beautiful. Everything came out impressively fast and our waiter was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, which made ordering easy. The manager, Richie I believe was his name, was also very kind and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience here. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

Tk was my server she was phenomenal!! Sweet smart and on top of it !! We came on a Monday to try the happy hour appetizers and drinks and obviously the ambience. So we sat in the garden indoor area which looks like an outdoor area because I guess they have heaters and misters during the seasonal months. Really luscious location and spot feels like you’re in a whole other place. Most of the margaritas during happy hour like six $7 each and appetizers were around 7 to 9 each during app during happy hour. Definitely will return on another day to just to try something else on the menu. But we tried the ceviche we tried the empanadas and we also did the loaded fries each which were amazing.. definitely coming here and try them out if you haven’t we love it.. thanks for such a great experience

We experienced a tropical oasis entering into this restaurant that caught us off guard. The atmosphere really sets the vibe of this place along with the incredible staff that greeted and served us.
The food was cooked to perfection with beautiful presentation. Their tortillas are super soft and delicious. I ordered agave lemonade that had the perfect blend of a sweet to tart ratio. You can taste the difference in flavor with the agave and I would recommend stirring it before drinking it to get the full flavor.
Start off with a molcajete but be careful not to get filled up before you main dish. It’s filling!
The wait staff are very knowledgeable and kind. Our waitress was so good with our kids and our 2 year old loved the experience and attention as well. I would tell you her name, but I would butcher it if I tried to spell it. Hopefully I can update my review with it next time I visit.

This was my first time visiting this location. Even though I’ve been to Rockwall many times, I had never noticed this place before—and I really love the location. I was pleasantly surprised by the ample parking. The service and overall vibe were great. I ordered the Birria tacos, and while I appreciated that they offered them, the flavor was a bit plain for my taste. Still, the experience overall was very nice, and since we’re in the area often, we’ll definitely be back.

1st time at Rockwall Vidorra and Fernanda was our waitress. Super nice and friendly, will definitely recommend her and will ask for her when we come back! We sat outside and it was super comfortable. The food was excellent and delicious, came out really fast. Alcoholic beverages were spot on and just enough kick.

We’re giving this restaurant a 5-star rating because of the outstanding service. Jackelin was our server, and she truly went above and beyond. She offered us drinks and refills without us even having to ask, helped us with the menu since it was our first time, and maintained great eye contact throughout our visit.
To make the day even more special, she surprised us with ice cream and churros because we were celebrating our 14th anniversary. My wife was so happy! We definitely recommend this location and will absolutely be back to see Jackelin again.

My sweet friends threw me a Surprise Bridal Shower at Vidorra and they truly picked the perfect spot! The place is so cute with amazing decor! Not only was the food and drinks delicious also (get the margarita flight you will NOT be disappointed lol) but the manager Tristan went above and beyond to add all these cute details on the champagne bottles and menu and made sure we were in good hands! Our waiter Angel was also fantastic and so good at taking care of our large party and bringing out everything timely. It was such an awesome night and my 1st time here but I will DEFINITELY be back! Thanks so much again!
