First and only time trying jack in the box. The fries were lukewarm and were a mix of both types when I asked for regular. The chicken sandwich was an odd consistency and was missing the bottom bun entirely, and the burger was missing lettuce and cheese. You won’t catch me wasting gas + money coming here again. Easily the most disappointing fast food experience I’ve had you’re better off going to Carl’s Jr or almost anything else

25 minutes to get my meals. Nothing excessive or fancy. Nearly 25 more minutes to get our shakes made. Watched two door washers wait 30+ minutes for their orders. 3 people working. One seemed pretty new and the girl who knew the most also gave the most attitude. This was my go to spot but I find myself looking for another place to spend my money. The restaurant was also the dirtiest I have ever seen it. after I got my milkshakes the response wasn’t very good at all, just “here’s your milkshakes.” No sorry for the wait or thanks for hanging on we’re swamped. Nothing. Super disappointed.

Went here about a month ago and literally waited 30 mins for my food through drive thru. Just went about 10 mins ago and there was ONE car in the drive thru at the speaker and I waited 10 minutes behind them to place my order but I ended up backing out and leaving. Sad to say but they just lost a paying customer. Due to other reviews this seems to be an issue!! Used to be my favorite jack in the box location but not anymore. No one wants to wait over 30 mins for fast food

I ordered a single burger and fry online at 11:50 am. I get to the drive through to pick it up at 12:05pm. I pull forward and then WAIT FOR 40 MINUTES to get my food. There were only TWO cars in front of me. This is lunchtime and there’s only 2 other cars!
Finally at 12:45 (almost an hour after placing an order) I get the food. The gal behind the window didn’t say sorry for the wait, thanks for your patience, nothing. Just, ‘Have a nice day’. I get that sometimes there’s staffing issues, machine issues, etc… but theres no excuse for 0% common courtesy.
I paid extra for lettuce, onion, tomato and, you guessed it, they didn’t put any of those extras on the food. Fries were room temperature from being so old.
Being very frustrated, I call the ‘Questions and Comments’ number posted on the window to settle the issue privately. No answer… so here I am publicly shaming them for everyone to see.
I’d stay away from this restraunt if I were you. You could easily go to In-N-Out 10 times in the same amount of time i took me (and they would actually get your order correct)

I have been waiting to write this review cause I knew I had so much to say … We initially went in half expecting it to suck half just trying to grab a quick bite to eat while our shopping..To our surprise , Mason was the young man’s name that helped us place our order , he had fantastic customer service skills , was a people person and so helpful and accommodating..it was like a breath of fresh air , you don’t get many people like him these days … Mason if your seeing this , Thank you for your amazing customer service Also the food for some reason tasted so delicious on this day ,it was hot and fresh and just all around very good … I gave your store 5 stars across the board …and Masons boss , you should promote him .

Service was good, but we didn’t get what we ordered. We ordered #25 sausage, one entree one meal. Then got home and saw it was bacon on both…..Also noticed two different prices on each menu board (look at #25)

Waited over 20 minutes and there were only two small orders ahead. Food left you looking for some sauce or something to give it flavor. No wonder the meal had sauce and they never included it. Worst $13 I spent in a long time.

Ridiculous… but imo, the best egg rolls in town. Lol. Loaded breakfast sandwich is great and so are the tiny tacos. The burgers aren’t my fav, lack flavor. Chocolate cake is yummy. Great curly fries, fun little pancakes good for what they are.
Sad they took off the French toast sticks.

Breakfast jack. Took first bite. Did not taste right. Eggs had an off smell and there are green pieces of mold in them. Hope I don’t end up in hospital with food poisoning. Please check those eggs A.S.A.P. 1/21/2025 @ 10:00am.
