I do DoorDash and idk WHO is the manager on night shift tonight but this is absurd. I walk in there NO ONE IS WORKING. THEY HAVE ABSURD NASTY INAPPROPRIATE MUSIC BLASTING, DANCING AROUND, LOOKING AT THEIR PHONES, NOT A SOUL WORKING. MEANWHILE IM NOT BEING PAID TO SIT AROUND AND DO NOTHING. I GET PAID TO DO AS MANY DOORDASHES AS POSSIBLE IN AN HOUR TO EVEN BARELY MAKE MINIMUM WAGE. Over 30 minutes and they don’t have a simple chicken strip meal ready? NOT BUSY. EVERYONE working tonight’s shift should be FIRED. Literally all you have to do is look at the cameras. This is absurd.

This location is slooooooow. It took 15 min to get a breakfast meal at 8am. I was the only customer (makes sense now). Tots tasted like they were cooked in motor oil. My coke was the only good thing about the visit.

Me and my kids were starving so we went to Sonic for the Smasher Burgers. They were sooooo good! Marcus was our cashier and Larissa brought order to truck. Food was fresh and service was awesome. Keep up the good work y’all!!

I couldn’t even order anything. Apparently they had a mobile order in the stall that I was in. I could hear the entire conversation with the poor young lady that was trying to assist me. I’ll make it perfectly clear,the young lady was very kind and only trying to help me. For her I will give 5 stars, but damn,don’t set up someone to fail like that. A little training would go a long way.
I relocated to this area recently, I’ve never been to this location before and can assure you I will not be making a second stop here.
I almost forgot, the place is beat up with several kiosks missing in the lot. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. SMDH

It’s only getting 2 stars because the employees are super friendly. This sonic and basically every on in this area is gross. It’s run down. The owners apparently don’t care about repairing anything. Of 15 stalls, 5 of them had working order kiosks. Most of the screens in the stalls are broken. It looks as though no repair or maintenance has been done on any of these stores in twenty or more years. Maybe if the owner invested in the store I’d suggest it. As is I say avoid at all costs there’s better, cleaner places that don’t appear to be dilapidated

Just waited for like 20 minutes to order and ended up leaving. This is NOT the first time this has happened. Their service here has usually been slow and i remember last time we came deciding not to come back. We just really were craving sonic tonight. Some lady in front of us placed an order on the screens only to have to go up to the windows and knock to be told that those were not open, only drive through. There were no signs or indicators of this. I know its a holiday but there were still people working so I fail to see how service was SO slow.

Came to this one. Usually my go to one. Workers couldn’t hear a thing. Wait time was ridiculous. Worker handed me food and proceed to ask for it back then when asked why he strugged his shoulders. I love coming here but every time i come it’s an negativr atmosphere

I ordered a Strawbery limeade but was rung up for and received a Cherry limeade. Very disappointed to discover this after leaving because I had a 30 minute drive ahead of me with a beverage I couldn’t drink (intolerance to the cherry), and a time limit to get there. Later I was near a different location and was able to get the drink I wanted. Inconvenient. Staff were pleasant when taking order though.
