Bad a experience. The man in charge suppose to be open at 5sm .. he has the cones in the drive way, I call McDonald’s ask if it was open the man open really bad attitude he said he was not ready but he will come out and get the cones out of the way.. well he did came outside just to tell us the system was down .. stupid excuses make people go out of the way and they are not ready.. the man look super unprofessional..

Huge disappointment. I live 2 minutes away from this McDonald’s and I go there from time to time. Every time I have some weird experience with their stuff and food is not great at all. Tonight ( 12/06/2025 ) I went to order through drive through and stuff member ( girl ) that I was talking to started laughing probably because I have accent. After that I arrived home already annoyed and kinda disappointed in some ignorant humans in general when I noticed that I got a completely wrong kids happy meal for my kid, completely different thing than I order for me and wrong thing for my wife too. I checked the screen after ordering and everything there was what I ordered, but somehow I got completely wrong order. I wonder how they misplaced my kids happy meal as that one should be a standard one. Also is really sad that some people are so ignorant while living in a most diversed country in the world. Never going to that place again!

The Wi-Fi here is ok, but no power outlet for computer. The crispy chicken sandwich is not crispy at all (but I assume that’s the case for all McDonalds in US). Service is good for this store.

We DoorDash from this location multiple times a month. They always get our order correct and in some late night occasions, I have even received an extra chicken nuggets or two in my order.

horrible customer service reporting these guys to corporate, heavier set guy said he was manager, didn’t wanna help. Doesn’t even know how to navigate McDonald’s app to claim prizes. Waited in line 20 minutes, should’ve just gave me my food for free, ridiculous.

No sauce given for the nuggets even after requesting. Fries cold, soggy and way too much salt. Order was incorrect and worst the chicken sandwich had so much mayonnaise on it that you could not even eat it. Worst experience ever.

Happy National French Fries Day (7/13/2022)! You have to download the app and use the deal. One deal per visit or wait 15 minutes before using another deal (+1 star).
The server/cashiers were very helpful, especially in assisting me as a first time McDonald’s App user (+1 star).
The fries were fresh and salted and delicious. I also go a 10 piece chicken nugget (free for first time app user, +1 star).
There were plenty of parking and the drive through was short when I went at around 11 to 11:30am. (+1 star)
There were reserved seating/light up table for people in wheelchairs and parking near the exit (+1 star).

The place was clean and well maintained. The service was good, and the food was fresh and hot . Too bad the place was still closed to indoor dining.

Very disappointed with their service. Only one person work in the front of house and manager and other employee just giggling in the back. I waited 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. McDonald’s used to be good. Keep an eye for these people, they park at curbside pickup and when inside to eat.
