Whoever runs this location should be fired immediately. This location is closest to me which is the only reason I come here after repeatedly bad service and the store constantly being out of items. We ordered a sprite which they were out of, the orange Powerade also out and no ice. No chocolate frosty. This is a constant disappointment and joke. Do better.

I did an online order through the app. I watched my order be made the whole time. Horrible communication between staff. My sandwiches were done 20+ minutes before my nuggets and fries were and they decided that, instead of having nuggets and fries ready for when the sandwiches come out like a normal person with common sense, they didn’t start dropping my nuggets and fries until the sandwiches were sitting for over 20 mins! The manager, a tall, Older white lady with curly hair gave almost zero authoritive direction to her staff and allowed this to happen, all the while 3 dine in customers got their food even though they ordered after me. OH, and during all this, an employee on their off day came in to order food, and they were in and out in under 5 minutes! I’m so disgusted by this location

Everything was an absolute mess. Bathrooms were disgusting you have employees vaping in the bathroom and there’s only two stalls. i was going to place a order but then i heard a woman screaming like a crazy person at the employees talking about how she doesn’t need anybody she will fire all her managers and star over. i will never come back to this location ever again this was a very uncomfortable environment what kind of manager is allowed to treat people so bad and still have a job i won’t be surprised when this store gets shut down. als the lobby was horrible, all the cussing words make me feel very uncomfortable if i could give no stars i absolutely would.

I went through the drive through and ordered the Parmesan Caesar salad $7.10. The service was efficient. The salad was fresh and the chicken was tasty. Good lunchtime option. I would pay more for bigger portion.

I absolutely love Wendy’s food but it really does suck how I will order on the app and I always give them 10-15 minutes before heading there just in case if they’re busy but will always still have to wait 10-15 minutes sometimes 20 for my food. I order online so it can be quicker and it never is. I’ve been giving them grace considering about a month ago when I went through the drive through around 9pm and was told “we’re closed” and at first I thought she was joking but she said nope they’re short staffed and she wasn’t gonna be doing everything by herself, so therefore I understood and left. So I’ve been giving them time to get things going again. But every time I go after I put in an order on the app, it’s always a long wait. They always forget the straws and sometimes when I’m in a hurry I forgot to look, having to call and double check that they have potatoes suck because paying for a baked potato and not getting it sucks, the potato I got tonight was still semi hard. It’s just thing after thing and it does get a tad bit frustrating which sucks because I loveeee the burgers there. And it also just seems like there’s always an attitude, I only ever go at night and a majority of the time when I go there’s 0-1 cars and maybe 2 cars when I leave. So they’re never busy when I go but always have an attitude as if I’m bothering them.

I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches , a medium fry and their new bacon after fries. What a rip off. The staff acted deaf and mute when I let them know that my medium fries were missing after waiting in drive thru for over 15 minutes at 830 in t he evening. The Baconater fries take the prize for biggest disappointment. One piece of bacon stuck on top of very little cheese. Hardly any fries and cold. Please see photo. Shame on you Wendy’s. This location is HORRIBLE.

Forst by ordering this girl didn’t took my order right and keep asking what ?! Then when they gave us food horrible I had chicken wrap undercooked . Got a 7 dollar biggie bag with a double bacon burger and large fries with should of been 5 or 6 spicy nuggets and only got 4 regular nuggets but paid for the up charge 9.22$

Me and my uncle went for dinner, and he got a chicken wrap as well as a burger with fries.. we went through the drive-through, which was empty. We were met with very nice gentlemen at the drive-through window who got us our food quickly and efficiently and even gave us an extra drink due to him accidentally making two. The atmosphere is something I can’t comment on due to the fact that we never entered the building. The customer service was wonderful, and Wendy’s is always a good experience food wise.
