Food was okay i got the burger with jalapeños and barely had those and hardly any sauce.Steak n shake is better but that’s my personal opinion just on the steak burgers…. ♀️

Tonight I had one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered two California-style burgers for my wife and me; one of them was a meal with fries and a Diet Dr. Pepper.
After going through the drive-thru and getting home, I discovered the burgers were lukewarm, the soda was flat, and—most unacceptable of all—there were hairs in our fries. The food both tasted and looked as though it had been sitting out for hours.
I am genuinely disgusted by the quality and carelessness of what I was served, and I will not be returning. The service earns two stars only because I was refunded without issue.

Manager named Joe at 11:45 A.M on March 7th had terrible customer service and knowingly served cold food. It took us a little bit after the mobile order to get to pick it up and when I did the food was cold. I asked them to warm it up or re make the food they said no. I asked for the manager and it was Joe. He said “you know the time the app gives you to pick it up so no we can’t re make it or warm it up for you” and sent me away with cold food I paid for. This dude doesn’t need to be a manager here.

Service was great, the employees are doing great at the counter and preparing food. Food was really good. It was my first visit to this chain. I did think the icecream in any format was too expensive for what you received. But the meal was great. This location was in need of some cleaning. Most tables were open but we struggled to find one that was clean. Easy problem to fix though.

This a Freddy’s in Mustang Oklahoma. The service was quick and the meal was hot. The Establishment was clean and bathrooms as well. The meat patties where not hanging over the bun as it is at some other Freddy’s I’ve been to.
