I have always been wanting to try Philadelphia Steak & Fries because it is near where my wife works. Last Saturday afternoon I finally got that chance, and wow that was a major disappointment. When I picked up my cheesesteak I noticed that there was grease leaking through the hoagie roll making the hoagie wet and unpleasant to eat. Then there wasn’t enough provolone cheese to thoroughly coat the meat therefore making the sandwich very dry. The hoagie roll didn’t hold up well to the meat and toppings which is a major problem. The fries wete decent, but the nacho cheese dipping sauce was horrible. It had a very weird taste to it, and I decided to not eat it at all.

Great local Philadelphia cheesesteaks and Reuben’s made fresh! A homemade breakfast sandwich for less than four dollars are you kidding me! They are celebrating 25 years and are not missing a beat. Super fresh cooked right in front of you. Wonderful food and great place to gather with your friends!

Omg a hidden gem on 86th Street! I love Philly Cheesesteaks and this spot does not disappoint at all! My friend purchased me a combo last week and today I had to come get another one! Hot, fresh just delicious and their staff members are courteous and nice!!!

This place is the best hands down!!! I’ve been a frequent customer for 12 years now and everytime its just like the very first time. The staff and owners are amazing at what they do here. If you want a great meal come to Philly!!! Even when I’ve made mistakes ordering the owners make it right and make sure they satisfy thier customers. 10/5 stars!

Early morning visit. Very pleasantly greeted on entry. Always love that. I debated on what to get. I settled on the breakfast burrito. Although it was good it wasn’t as amazing as my buddies were saying. This being said I will gladly come back and try something else and hope for that wow factor.

First Visit to Philadelphia Steak and Fries – Worth the Wait
Today was our first trip out to Philadelphia Steak and Fries, and it’s been on our list for a while. My wife, our son, and I finally made it in—and we’re glad we did. Right off the bat, the service was excellent. The staff member who helped us was friendly, patient, and answered all of our questions without rushing us.
Now, onto the main event: the cheesesteak.
Flavor-wise, it was solid. The bread was fresh and tasty, and the meat was seasoned really well—savory and satisfying. That said, for my taste, it fell just a little short in two key areas: meat and cheese. When I think of a cheesesteak, I think of a sandwich so packed you struggle to finish it. This one, I could finish easily. Also, I prefer when the cheese is chopped up and mixed in with the meat—here, it wasn’t.
Still, it hit enough good notes to keep us happy. I’m giving it a 4 out of 5. We’ll definitely be back, and I’m hoping next time the cheesesteak comes just a bit more loaded.

Actually, the atmosphere is a 3 star , because it’s an eat n go place or stay and chat kinda place, whatever u make of it.
Loved the breakfast here. It’s a must visit for a good hearty breakfast, served with a smile. Also you can see your food being made. Neat and clean and friendly service. You aorser your food and take a seat. They call out ur name when it’s ready, and then u enjoy one of the most freshest !! Reasonably priced. Okay coffee. They also have a drive-through. If u like spicy, ask for their harbanero sauce. Yummm!

Great Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich. Super savory and juicy. And the bread is good too! Also you have to get the fries with seasoning. The meatball sub is so good too with peppers and onions and it’s so hot and fresh. I love this place! They have great breakfast too. I’ve been going here for about 10 years now.
