UPDATE. Gave them another chance and ordered take out again. My 10 piece boneless came out to 6 normal size wings and 3 tiny wings. I just want the amount of wings I paid for. Won’t be back.
Great work team. I’m happy I rolled the dice
I see numerous post on social media about it because its a big topic….
So I will start by saying give good service and you will get a good tip(majority of the time)
I walk in and the lady at the counter tells me to sit any where…
I find a table and I sat there for over 15m(start looking at the menu online to order soon as she comes to take my order because I dont want to waste time)
She come to my table and told me the items I was trying to order was “online only” she gave me a menu and I said “give me a moment” I was ready to order after about 3minutes..
20min later she comes to my table to tell me she is switching shift and a new server will handle my order she will be over shortly…
10m past and this new server walked past me at least 10 times checking on the other tables! Not once did she even make eye contact with me…
So 45m I sat at a table waiting until I just got up and left…
Busy or not communicate that!!!!
Its just so rude to not say anything and have a customer waiting like that!
So here we go another Spring Hill disappointment story. Bad enough everything in this town closes at 8pm or maybe 9pm that’s a stretch though because the service you will receive isn’t there. Not to mention having a full fledged working automotive factory across the street but that’s another story. So place an online order for pick up at 8:40 PM had a nice small window to go grab dinner. I asked for NO PICKLES and Pepper jack cheese, as you can see from the picture American cheese and pickles yes there was more just tossed them on me thinking I was going to eat the burger (which I didn’t). The burger wasn’t even cooked like seriously and for this to be a “smash burger” you would think thinner patties cooked all the way!!!! Nope not me never can anybody get my order correct ordering ahead doesn’t help, being polite and going inside doesn’t work it’s like people want to rush, to get back to doing nothing!! I did call and spoke with the service manager Jeremy he seemed pretty nice about it but come on people it shouldn’t be hard to read an order on a screen and to make that said order. I mean Jeremy did tell me seems like they slapped your online order with all your changes on just a normal cheeseburger that was probably already made and yeah I wouldn’t put it past them. Got to do better, there is a reason why I don’t eat out as much or haven’t been posting reviews smh I’m full of disappointment.
First came in and had to go to take out booth to be seated as no host present for a bit after walking in. Ok no big deal. Then I’m sat down and waited a fair bit before anyone showed up. Ok, just busy, right? Not by BWW standards, but I’ll accept that.
I was sat at a table which still had hair on it and drink stains from previous diners. Looking around at other tables it became massively apparent the tables were not being wiped. I watched as the occasional table would be cleaned off, but not a single wipe on any of them. Not 1. Not many were cleaned off though either.
Then I receive my food and the fried pickles appetizer was laughable. I made mention and the waitress spoke with the manager. He relayed to her, rather than tending to the issue personally, that the pickles are portioned and that’s what it is. It was mentioned that maybe they are just bigger cut pickles? I’ll leave a pic and let you be the judge. Hand to God this was before I touched a single one and after I had already mentioned the issue. This is usually a sharable appetizer mind you, and even then just under half of the pickles were mounds of uncooked breading. Hey, it happens sometimes but far too much for this slim basket.
The boneless wings I ordered were overdone to a nice brick finish. Masonry wings I called them. Tapped on with the wrong sauce to boot. I could have continued my complaint, but why bother considering my last experience with the pickles.
Remember how I said few tables were cleaned off? I counted 4 different that were never cleaned during my entire stay there which was a little over an hour. Including the one directly beside me. *which to be fair that one was cleaned while I signed my bill. I’ll include it. If I had to stare at it for an hour, then you should see it at least once.
Based on a lot of the reviews for this location, many have had the same experience. I implore upper management to get a handle on this. Not the manager working nights 12/15/24 though. As we see the ship they run. No doubt in my mind the only saving grace for this establishment is alcohol and location. Good luck with this one because it’s a doozy.
Cheers.
I have been to this location a few times. The wait time was excellent but the service can be spotty. They didn’t toss my chicken tenders in sauce even though I asked for it. The waitress apologized for it but didn’t take it back to fix it. They left the bleu cheese off my wife’s bleu cheese chicken sandwich. The ketchup was out at our table and the surrounding tables. Refills were a rarity and I was drinking water.
