This is not my first time coming here and the fact I placed an online order to not have everything in my bag nor all my food is insane nothing I asked for was in neither bowl I didn’t ask for fajita veggies I didnt ask for regular steak and I paid for carne asada nor was the blanco cheese or guacamole I paid for even the chips was half full listen I’m a fair person but to pay almost $50 for food to not be ready or correct and it’s a online order Is not cool

This is by far the worst chipotle bowl I have ever gotten. Taking the top off and seeing this is very disappointing. $15 for a bowl that looks like they took a half a scoop of everything. Please do better because I feel robbed.

The workers here are kind, anytime I order it’s ready but today my burrito was cold, you may have to request for it to go on the grill but overall cool. They have vinaigrette sauce yum.

They give terrible portion sizes. Even when we ordered tortillas sides, they give the small taco ones instead of the full size ones. I have been there a few times and consistently mess up orders. Also when you order ahead and set a time, the food is never ready when you get there. No quality control and no line management..

I arrived at this location at 10:15 PM when they close at 11 PM and I was told that they were not making any more chicken or any more steak and they were out of both as well as fajita veggies, cheese, lettuce, and salsa. All the workers were extremely rude and not willing to make anymore food 45 minutes till close. Extremely disappointing and will not be recommending this place nor will I be returning to this lazy place.

Absolutely awful experience. I placed my order at 9:30 on my app and arrived at 9:50 to pick it up. My chipotle app notified me that my order was ready so I walk in and asked for it . Worker tells me “it’ll be 10 more minutes” … 20 more minutes goes by and my food is finally ready. Why would my app tell me my order was ready when it wasn’t even close to being ready. After that they didn’t secure the lid on my side of sauce so that leaked RED SAUCE all over the bag, all over the food and all over my floors. AND on top of all they forgot the queso I paid extra for and the drink I ordered . Absolutely terrible service!

I ordered a bowl with no meat and drove all the way home. My white rice was not cooked through. I try calling the store and got a different line and was told to email a copy of my receipt. I went back to the restaurant and told them the rice was not cooked and woman asked if I wanted another bowl with brown rice. I went with the brown rice because they kept serving people the uncooked white rice. After she gave me my bowl I asked if I could get some chips for the inconvenience and she told me she already gave me the bowl. I wasted gas both trips because I didn’t want uncooked rice. I was not rude and just left because this was a very interesting experience.

I ordered 3 chicken tacos and a chicken bowl. The food temperature was lukewarm and the ingredients were not fresh at all. When I got home, the tacos looked very sloppy as if they were just thrown into foil aluminum paper. Talk about a mess! The burrito bowl taste was meh. At least the cashier was friendly which is why I am giving it a 2 star review however you all can do better in general. Get it together!

Located in a strip mall like place and the service was OK. They didnt have white rice when we went and we took brown rice which was not fully cooked. Food tasted average. Would probably not recommend.
