Big plus for being open till midnight. The place was crowded for drive through in late night but dine in or takeout was quick. The staff is courteous and liked the menu options, it’s increased for good (veggie options as well). Taco bell is grab and go so was not expecting much but this place impressed me.

Service – 4.5/5
Food quality – 3.5/5
Cleanliness – 3.5/5
Value for money – 5/5

Should definitely visit if nearby.

They are so stingy. I’ve never been to a more stingy Taco Bell in my life. I ordered breakfast and it was mostly tortilla I understand being stingy on the meat, but being stingy on the egg is insane. It was so dry and sad. They did the same with my Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco there also a black hair inside. I’ve made it a point to drive all the way to the other one on G St. because at least they aren’t stingy. You would think the money comes personally out of the employees pockets with how stingy they make the food.

I honestly cannot believe the horrible experience I had at this Taco Bell today, and it was all because of one employee — the light-haired guy working at the counter. This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever received!
First of all, his attitude was disgustingly rude from the moment I walked in. No greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy — he acted like I was bothering him by simply waiting for a doordash order. I don’t know if he discriminate based on my looks or what but he is disgustingly rude and he doesn’t even name badge. When I asked a simple question about the menu, he rolled his eyes, sighed loudly, and spoke to me in the most condescending tone imaginable. It feels like the employee don’t want to serve people unless they order something.

Taco Bell. Nachos are not this franchises forte. Lets begin with the positive – the cheese is delicious and so are the sliced jalapeños the beans are also good. Here is where they failed for me. The chips were very soggy when I got home and I don’t live very far from Taco Bell. A lot of the chips were very small and served no purpose. Here is the worst part for me, I had a lot of chips that had no cheese, chicken, or beans. Does flavor out weigh the negative on Taco Bell nachos? In this case the positive is slightly better than negative. The perk is the customer service. This review does not take that into effect but the gentleman Mr. Quincy is an absolute professional.

All the flavor of taco Bell food is gone what happened? A very popular movie stated that Taco Bell won the franchise wars to be the only restaurant in the future. ( I DEFINITELY DON’T SEE THAT HAPPENING) The future looks bleak .

Most reasonable eating place in the area. Also, free senior coffee makes the visit super frugal. It has to be mentioned that the service is always friendly by the awesome staff! ❤️

Taco Bell quality standards are on par. The service was OK. They have touch screen ordering in front of the counter. Atmosphere was like being in a Taco Bell. There are windows on 3 sides, lots of sunshine and light. Traffic on MLK Blvd is nice, you can watch cars going by and people going by.
