So I ordered online just before midnight. It put my pickup time a few mins after @12am, but I was in the door to pick up right before the stroke of 12. The girl who started to help me was pleasant enough, but she could.t find my order. Not ready, not being prepared, not on their computer. She was confused and got who I presume was manager, or at least someone who had been there longer. This girl wasn’t very personable, and acted as if I was doing something almost wrong, or as if I was lying. She asked if I was sure it was that location, and I showed her my confirmation email. Finally as soon as it was into the new day I guess their system updated and there was my order on the screen. They started to prepare it & I grabbed a seat close by. As I sat, the “manager” girl walked past me a dozen times, all to do nothing pertaining to work, except once to give another take out order their drink. If it were me, I would’ve offered a drink to me. The gesture would’ve been appreciated even if I didn’t want it. Then the 4 or so waitresses all gathered at the counter & were gabbing loudly and one was ordering food on her phone for another, talking about what she wanted and didn’t want and why. (Exactly the type of people I’m sure they hate to wait on.) Finally my food is done, and then they still have to get my drink. I’m outta there and relieved to be. On the bright side, the food I got was exceptional and I’d highly recommend it. Will I go back? More than likely, but only for the food, and after that I’d never go in & sit and eat.

Our waitress, Shawna, is always polite, helpful, and welcoming. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right every time we visit. The food was good, served hot, and came out quickly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Hazlehurst!

We wete hauling a 20 ft trailer and getting into and out of the lot was 3asy as there is a Big Rid parking area to the rear so there were no tight turns. The server was training a new girl and we had a nice chat after the meal. The food was hot and fresh, and the cook cooked eberything to perfectuon. A pleasant experience.

A huge shout-out to Naomi for excellent service and attention to detail. Our son fell asleep shortly after ordering his food, she made sure to go ahead and put his things in a to go box for us. She was very attentive in making sure we were taken care of, very kind and friendly, she made us feel at home. Excellent service and food! Thank you so much Naomi!!

Very slow service. Thus is the second time I have been there. First time 40 min after ordering to get food. This time 5 mins in got drinks, good start. 12 mins later still had not ordered. We left. I did pay for our drinks.

Sunny side up had no yokes. There was a lack of food for a nearly $50.00 order. The fruit cup was a joke. We were told that it would take 13 minutes to cook and pick up at the drive through window… but try adding over 30 minutes onto that. When I eat in a restaurant I always leave a good tip as most waitress’s work very hard and we appreciate the service, however this restaurant won’t take the order without a tip, and without us eating in who or what gets the tip, as we didn’t have a waitress’s service? This was close to the worst Huddle House we’ve ever eaten at.

With limited options for a late meal in town, Huddle House is always there for us. When you walk in the door they give you a warm Huddle House welcome. Our Favorite evening server Shawna even opens the door to welcome us in. She’s always friendly and helps us make the toughest decision of the day… what to eat. She makes sure our food is made as we ordered and it hits the table hot and fresh. Quality food and amazing service!
