It was ok. The line to get your ingredients was very confusing and there was alot of people there. Pretty much everyone was right up against another and myself and others were very over whelmed. People would just cut in front of you in line and not care, or be right behind you where you couldn’t even move. There was someone who was messing around in the line where your food is cooked and knocked his bowl over and it spilled on me and another guest. The paper towel dispenser wouldn’t work so we couldn’t clean ourselves up until tol we got done getting our food. I notified a lady about it and she said they will get ro it when they can. Everyone behind us in line had to go around it, it was all over the wall and over half of the walkway In front of the cooking station. The pot stickers were very inconsistent. Some of them looked like the outside of it was ripped off amd missing.

Can in on a slow Wednesday afternoon only about 6 tables in the restaurant. Went to get my second bowl and I had to wait about 8 minutes for the cook to come back. When he did he was literally throwing bowls and spatulas around and when he grabbed my bowl to cook he spilled half my sauce out of it. He went to clean part of the grill and he cleaning it so aggressively that the grease and stuff is flying into my food. And then to top it off my pork was undercooked, charred on one side and undercooked on the other and still cold in the middle.

This is a really fun place to enjoy & visit if you’re in the mood to be creative & make your own meal.
I’ve gone several times with family & friends and each time have been very happy and have had a positive experience. Currently, they do seem to be short staffed which is why I gave them a 4 Star Rating, knowing that the waitstaff is doing their best & just needs additional support.
There food here is always fresh and provides a wide variety of choices to choose from from the produce, to the veggies and to the sauce. The world is your oyster here and is just a fun place to be!
Next time you’re at the Orchard just stop in and try making your own dish! It truly is a fun place to take your friends & family too and will not disappoint

I have to be absolutely forward here. I went in with relatively low expectations and to my absolute JOY I was impressed! The service top notch, the food was flavorful and the restaurant was pleasant to enjoy dinner in. I would only stop by here, if you’re looking for all of these things…
It’s impressive to watch the cooks turn the food around as efficiently and effectively as they do, all the while maintaining the balance/flavor.

The service here is great. The food was good and it has an interesting idea. The place was kinda dirty when we stopped by. There were many table the had old dished on them for an hour and now one cleaned them.

Came in during dinner time on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy. We were greeted at the host stand and was sat promptly. Very friendly staff. This place is all you can eat create your own hibachi style food. The line was very long to wait for your food to be cooked but the cooks were very efficient and did not have to wait long in line. They also have a menu you can order from in addition to the all you can eat.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and I really enjoyed it. I had dinner here with my sons. First, you choose your choice of noodles, vegetables, meat, sauces, etc… and then they grill it before you. The food is so fresh and hot and made perfect to your order. The best part 🙂 that it is unlimited food!, so come hungry. 🙂
