Ordered beef and broccoli and received an insulting amount of protein and vegetables. Literally 3 small pieces of meat and 5 pieces of broccoli over a mountain of rice. String bean chicken breast was the exact same way. This is not the first time we visited this location but definitely the last time we visit this location ever again.

Came in at 8:50 to place a carry out order and there was nothing available. The chow mein was all veggies. All the sides were empty. I counted five sides that were empty and when we asked them will these be refilled they said no because our kitchen closes soon, specifically at 9:30. WE then had to ask if they could make us what we want. It’s unbelievable how nothing is available 40 minutes before the kitchen closes. Also, terrible customer service the guy seemed and acted bothered. Just horrible experience.

Ordered a plate. The chow mein was lacking noodles. The Beijing beef was slimy and cold. Called, the girl who answered the phone said it was probably on the end of the bowl. Called back with the receipt info for the manager and he was unavailable because it’s the rush hour per the girl who answered the phone. I understand they’re busy that’s why I expect warm and at least half decent food.

I had a fairly good experience. There were a lot of staff I could see, so I think that’s why the in person dining order was basically inst with no waiting at all. I didn’t realize two entres were both premium so I’m thankful an employee mentioned it just to be sure.
Food was fairly decent–good. I tried the beyond orange chicken and it taste quite similar to the orange chicken. The difference is the texture, since the plant based one is quite firm and harder-chewy compared to the original chicken. I also had the grilled chicken and that was good to. Same with the chow mein. The only thing that was not as great was the fried rice, but only because it was out for a bit and was warm and fine, but not steaming hot (nit-pick)

I was really disappointed about my order from Panda Express. Placed an order online it was supposed to be family meal to feed five, that was 35.00 +extra charges for 4.50 more on the orange chicken times 2 so 44.00 dollars for 5 small containers. My total order came out to 55.12 but we didn’t have enough food for 5 the containers was only 3 quarts filled the only one was the rice still it wasn’t filled to the top. Portion size and quantity of the food was really bad. So good luck everyone with your order myself I will not place anymore online orders at Panda Express

When we got in it smelled good, when we got there. There was barley food out but they came out fresh which was good, we used the app and was way better, our food came so fresh and juicy, when I went to the bathroom it was a little messy in there, Although everything else was good and will probably come back here if they have everything there! 8/10 will probably come here in the next month!

We ordered a delivery on their official website and a half hour later we got a message saying it was cancelled due to technical difficulties. But a few minutes later door dash took the order anyway and we couldn’t even cancel it without losing our money.
Edit: Only after putting a chargeback through my bank and an official complaint ticket panda express said: Adjustment Explanation from the Restaurant: Driver not show for pickup:
I had two drivers show up to try and get the order LOL but the order wasn’t there because they auto-cancelled it for no reason. They are just a joke. I got my refund and will never, ever ever go here again even in person. What a clown show

There’s aways fast service and fresh food at this Panda Express! Any time they’re out of an entree, they happily and quickly make a fresh one. The employees move quickly, with urgency and a smile. Great service is always provided! The dining area and restrooms are always clean also.

I ordered some food, with a drink -coke instead I got Dr Pepper, I could have live with that but I didn’t even get any utensils to eat with so had to go back and ask for it . The girl with black uniform I think a manager did not even apologize for the mistake Instead, I got a weird look like I did something wrong. Weird…
And I don’t care it’s just that I’m always on the road. Don’t have time to stop for too long since I did decided to write this.and why are you guys keep making the portions smaller or different on depending who’s working? I guess
