Rib City has completely fallen off. The cheese fries I’ve been ordering for years barely have any cheese now. And charging extra for “packaging”? Seriously, a bag? That’s pure greed. The quality is garbage, the prices are absurd, and I’m done wasting my time or money here.

Normally love rib city but went tonight , ordered out and got mild chicken plate with french fries they were so soggy …they gave me regular chicken ,ordered my son his usual Mac and cheese ….there was so much pepper in it even I didnt like the taste , my husbands beef brisket was amazing but everything else was so disappointing.

I went to this place for dinner with family while visiting FL. We wanted a break from all the seafood. Party of 6 and all enjoyed mostly the ribs and pulled pork sandwiches. The fried okra was delicious!! I got the smoked turkey and was just OK. They should serve with gravy and cornbread to be “traditional”. It could be sliced a little thicker vs like a deli meat.

Working out of town and didn’t feel like same ole fast food and wanted something different. Open up Google Maps and entered bbq near me. There were a few places closer but have eaten here before so I knew food was good. Got a family player to serve the 3 of us and still had some leftovers. Well worth the price and all the basic necessities needed when you’re out of town to include plates / napkins & utensils.

Had dinner there tonight with a party of 8. It was busy and we had a short wait. We sat at a table on the back wall. Chairs on one side and a bench on the other. Long table so you had to scoot on the bench. There must have been kids sitting there before us. The bench was wet and greasy. We asked for a towel at first because we thought it was just wet. Wiped up the water with a dry rag and noticed the bench was also very dirty. Obviously not cleaned in a while. We then asked for a damp rag because of the dirt and grease. At first the waitress seemed to have a bit of attitude with us because we were asking for rags to clean up and I said someone needs to clean better. Turns out she was angry because they have a busser that should be doing their job. Overall, our waitress took good care of our group. I ordered the brisket, looked like it had been held a long time and was very dry but a win for the service dog we had with us. Overpriced and overdone, the rest of the group had good food. Then to top it off, when I got home the back of my shorts had grease and black marks on them. Hope it washes out. Not sure I would return. But be sure to check your seat before you eat.

Stopped for lunch. Service was quick!Ordered the lunch special, sliced pork plate with French fries and bbq beans. It was out in a jiffy! Pork was moist, French fries were crispy (not burned) their bbq beans are their signature recipe? Definitely not a Bush Baked beans base! Everything was delicious, service was quick and friendly! I shall return!!!

Well things have changed, and for the better.
The food was way better than previous experiences.
I enjoyed the containers the sides were in.
No more massive cup o green beans.
The coleslaw was phenomenal, and I’m not one to ever get coleslaw.
Over all I am happy to see positive improvements! Will return!

The ribs were cooked so well. The meat fell off the bones. The variety of sauces is good for anyone’s taste. Huge ice teas. We really enjoyed the deserts. Large portions made it easy to share. Our server was very attentive to our table. We enjoyed ourselves.

Yummy ribs, they fell off the bone. Lots of BBQ sauces to choose from. Dawn was our server and she was very nice and fun and also helpful in us selecting what we ate. I thought that the barbecue beans were superb. We will totally go back

Went to dinner with my family only for the waitress to bring everyone else’s food out and look me dead in my face and say haha oops I’m going crazy, I’m just going crazy, I forgot to put your order in. I’ll bring it out when it’s ready. 20 minutes LATER when everyone else is already done SOMEONE else had to bring my plate out because she was too busy hehe and haha’ing sitting at another table. Do not recommend!! Then when I try to tell someone what happened, they give an attitude.
