This restaurant has such a cozy and charming atmosphere! Joseph and his all crew served us a fantastic dinner! We had the Yatai Truffle Mushroom, and also the Yatai Habachi meal. The Yatai Truffle Mushroom was the stand out, I ate the whole thing and overall everything perfectly cooked and the flavor was amazing. I cannot wait to go back❤️

Went here for late lunch after strolling around the beautiful Geneva. Truffle mushroom and spicy garlic edamame as appetizer were outstanding 5/5, the hibachi fillet mignon and scallop were excellent. Portion might look small from above however the container is quite deep, so keep digging they got you tons of food for a very reasonable price. And guess what? They offer free parking in downtown Geneva. Definitely see you again next time Yatai.

i had their fillet mignon & lobster hibachi box, truffle mushroom, and veg tempura
safe to say this is my new fav goto restaurant now!
the fillet was so tender and everything was flavorful and fresh
price is affordable to my surprise
they have patio seating and inside was cozy with good music
can’t wait to comeback and try more stuff from their menu ✨

Was looking for something different in Geneva for lunch than my usual haunts. Did a quick search and Yakati caught my eye. Upon entering I received a friendly greeting (from the owner?) and got great help. I ordered to go. I chilled in the very cool space for less than 7 minutes and my food was done. Got the salmon dinner option so there would be leftovers. Nomnomnom! Hit the spot! Tons of food, so definite leftovers…which I promptly hid because I’m not sharing. Will be back to this hidden gem!

Hidden gem off of Main Street in Geneva. Delicious and well-balanced. Healthy portions, vegetarian options. Brussel sprouts were delicious and favorite. Am definitely returning.

The small bowl was the right size for me with quite a bit of delicious perfect fried rice left over and the shrimp with seasoned beautifully. The spring rolls were very fresh and wonderful. Very nice owners. Outdoor seating for about 25 or so. Small indoor seating but comfortable. Delicious and nice people

Ordered gyozas and egg rolls and they were not the greatest tbh. The two protein dinner was pretty good. Staff was pretty friendly, service was fast…I didn’t ask for it but neither could spot a bathroom. I would not say it is a strong 5 stars place but has potential and we got to support small business that seems to be in the right direction. Much love and long life.
