Food is spectacular as always! My go-to order is almost always the Bourbon Street Mushroom and Swiss burger, with fries and a root beer on the side.
Staff is friendly depending on who you get (there’s one waitress who is incredibly nice, but has never brought us the correct drinks even once in the 8 or so times she has served our table over the last year, but we tip anyway because she’s friendly).
The place is very well kept, and incredibly clean. I would 100% recommend coming here.

Every other Applebee’s I have been to in my entire life (all over the U.S.) has been awful, so it took me 2 years to try this one. But OMG was I wrong to doubt the Sault location. I should’ve tried sooner because their food is always fresh, delicious, and the staff is amazing. If you haven’t tried their fresh garlic butter…it’s a MUST! Keep up the good work guys.

Come here all the time with family. Good food, nice staff. Rarely ever have any issues and have probably been here a hundred times over the past few years.
I also highly suggest the nachos – listed as an appitizer, but they can easily fill a single person and taste great.

Very good meal. When coming to Applebee’s I usually get the Bourbon Street Steak. The one here was one of the best ones I’ve ever had. My wife had the Bacon Cheddar Chicken Sandwich and she said it was delicious as well. The service was very good, waitress very friendly; the whole experience was really good.

Today was one of the best Applebee’s experiences I’ve ever had! It’s a must stop when visiting from Canada, other times are great too but today was mentionable. The food was fresh and hot from the kitchen, and delivered by Francesca ! She was so attentive, kind and didn’t mind our random customer chatter lol, great service from her!

Usually visit on a Tuesday after 5 pm. Today we were off early joined the local Applebees for all you can eat wings and sticks before 5pm. Me and my family and company were treated with disrespect and refused service by the bar. We NEVER have an issue in the evening shift. The man behind the bar told ALL of us he was refusing service and asked us to leave. We usually have a 200 dollar bill plus leave 100 dollar tip. Never cause issues or problems. This guy said he’s been working there more than anyone and refused us service. Sad cause we liked the place and the people til the afternoon shift. Visit after 5 pm!!!!

Typical Applebees food, the .50 boneless wings were a huge hit, were hot and crispy. I ordered the steak, garlic potatoes and brocolli. It was one of the most delicious, juicy steaks I’ve ever had. They’re doing good with this location. I’d stop by again if I’m ever in SSM

Excellent experience! We were on the road for 10 hours & super hungry! Found them on Google. It was 9:30pm, they close at 10. We called to see if they were still serving. The young lady said “absolutely”. The service was excellent, the food was excellent! They didn’t rush us at all. Very pleased with everything about this Applebee’s!

Food was good BUT waitress made it sound like the soup or salad was part of the main meal but upon getting the bill we noticed it was charged separately, and also half way through eating the main course she brought the bill to us and didn’t even think we might like a dessert, so we left without, you should teach your waitresses to be more patient and offer all courses
