I come here every Sunday just about to get me a dirty Dr Pepper before I go into work. It’s usually the same girl that brings it out & she is literally so nice. I noticed they started leaving notes on the cups, for me and other customers as well & can I just say, I know it’s made my evening a little better so I’m sure it has other customers as well! I truly hope the employees I see all the time get treated well. I stopped in last night to get my usual and she gave me free coupons which I thought was so nice.
You have really good employees.
I also noticed they repaved the parking lot and it’s so much better as well! That pothole was iffy going into their lot, so glad they fixed it!

To the awesome employee that toke time out of their work day to write motivational uplifting words of encouragement on the cups, you are amazing! Even though it was a small simple task, it truly makes a difference in a customer service oriented restaurant. The boss needs to pull the footage and give you a raise for your efforts! Been sitting for about an hour… the parking lot is an ice rink and they won’t bring anything out for mobile orders… I’ve already paid and now I have to wait to get my cold food that’s been ready for over an hour… also getting a refund from ANY sonic is a pain.

I stop here often. Food is normally good and service is quick. Today it was slow but they were packed so understandable.
I ordered a drink and a Fritos chili wrap, and when I got home to eat it, I kid you not the thing is the size of a tennis ball. I’m not even sure it can count as a wrap considering the round shape. No way in this WORLD could anyone think sending this out was a good idea? Kitchen management needs to train better on how to wrap some chili cheese and Fritos in a tortilla apparently.

After waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru and the only customer, we received awful food. Ordered cheese tatertots and received what looks like plastic, chucks of cheap sliced cheese. Daughter was not impressed with the corndog and threw half away.

We went a few nights ago, about an hour before close, and we waited about 3 minutes at the drive thru speaker before anyone even started taking our order. They had the speakers on the outside of the restaurant turned up so loud, they couldn’t hear me trying to order and after repeating myself multiple times, they turned the speakers down and told me to pull around to the window. The pavement near the drive thru window has deeper craters than the moon and our car bottomed out driving through them. While we were ordering at the window, there was someone in a white Tahoe parked on the other side of us, not in a parking spot, just out in the parking lot where people would normally be driving. They had their windows down and were smoking marijuana, so we got the smell of that all inside our car while we were trying to order. They took forever to finally get the food to us as well. After sitting at the window for 10-15 minutes, someone came over and said “Are y’all still waiting for food?” We hadn’t even been given anything yet. The white Tahoe was still there when we left, about 35 minutes after we pulled in the parking lot.

My absolute favorite place to eat!!! I love the atmosphere of the drive-in, takes me back to when they were literally everywhere. Amazing selection of goodies, you can never go wrong at Sonic, it’s be absolute BEST!!! Highly recommend tryin the pretzel twists with cheese, total heaven…

The manager were very negative and is very irresponsible towards its employees and consumers. The food itself is just like any other fast food chain, although, the workers in this establishment had messed up and gave me the wrong order in multiple occasions the past few months of visiting there.
