This location can be busy but wait times were good Red Robin’s is definitely top five burger places. Made love is one of the best burgers if you like cheese,and campfire Mayo is a great sauce for your fries. With bottomless fries its hard to bet the price. Staff is friendly and pays attention to details.

It was just myself for lunch, so no wait. I ordered the Banzai burger well done with fries. My server Ava was nice. She checked in a couple of times When I was down to the last 3 bites I noticed my burger was Pink. I was confused because I asked for ‘Well Done’. I did not finish the rest of my food. Hopefully next visit I can get a better burger.

This this was my first visit to this restaurant,we walked into a room of smiles. Everyone was so pleasant and smiles on their faces and courteous. Our server was great she checked on us repeatedly made sure we didn’t need anything got anything that we did need and all was a big smile and kind words. Right off the bat I felt the customer service here. I was welcomed upon entry and told that they’d be right with me. Then I got seated and greeted quickly. I was able to order a drink right away and then look through the menu.
I got there right about 3pm on a Friday and happy hour just started. Happy hour is Monday-Friday from 3-6pm. Deals on alcoholic beverages plus half off specific appetizers.
They have some limited menu items are around for a short time. One is their pretzel bun burger with beer cheese. And that’s what I ordered along with mozzarella sticks (happy hour special!).
The burger was delicious with a side of that beer cheese that I dipped my burger and fries in.
The mozzarella sticks were fine. I felt the marinara sauce was too sweet. So, personally I wish it wasn’t so sweet.
I had no trouble with parking though it can get full at a more prime dinner time.

Great time, we love bringing the family here! Everyone is super friendly and nice, food is always quick, fresh made and good! Server brought refills several times and the manager gave my kids a balloon! A+ service

I visited this location on January 10, 2026 around 10 PM. I’ve been coming here for years, and this was the first time I experienced such poor service. Our server asked if we wanted more garlic fries, and we said yes. When they arrived about five minutes later, they were extremely cold. We tried a couple but couldn’t eat the rest.
After leaving, I started experiencing mucus in my throat and a strong unpleasant aftertaste. It’s now 3:30 AM and my mouth still feels off. I can’t say what caused it, but the timing is concerning.
Please review your food handling and service standards, and check your cameras from that timeframe. Customers shouldn’t be served cold food, and this experience was disappointing given the many years I’ve supported this location.

Hello Red Robin and potential food eaters,
This Red Robin was booming around 6:30 on a Tuesday. So many birthdays celebrated and just joy in this place. The staff are kind, I don’t remember my servers name and for that I apologize. However, the food was delicious. I got the Tsunami Shrimp and you can get a bottomless side. I added Mac and Cheese, this is not bottomless but you can get it added for 2.99. It’s really good, the shrimp were even better. The shrimp were decently sweet with a bit of tang. The broccoli also was really good. I also ordered their Passion fruit Margarita and it’s really sweet actually, it’s perfect if you want a good meal and a drink.
Not pictured is the Mad love Burger and their Banzai burger I believe. My partner loved his and the sauce on the side was a cheese fondue? You’ll have to ask about it if you want to order this for yourself, but it was DELICIOUS for the shrimp. It’s for fries but I always love to mix up my food. Thank you Red Robin for always being a quick place to eat. The table was clean, and after 6:00pm happy hour is over so the rush stopped in the restaurant and it wasn’t so loud. If you want to come during happy hour come before 6:00pm.

Great service, flavorful food, and a lot of great options on the menu. The manager came to the table, and the server was friendly and polite, 5 stars experience.
Update: we came back, but our experience was different. It took some time to get someone to find us sits despite the place being almost empty. I ordered ribs and regretted it, the coleslaw quantity was almost like a table spoon, it was sad, I would be ashamed if it was me serving that, the ribs had too much fat, too small and they were a bit cold, you will get better ribs in the frozen section of a super market at a better price, I had to take them home as a treat for my dogs, since I could not eat them, I would stick to burgers for the next time. Totally different experience than my previous ones. I might give them another chance but I can’t recommend the place.

I was at the Menifee location today and the Patrient said I have a good suggestion for you and I took it….I got my Pizza and it did not have extra cheese which I ask for. Then I told Daniel the server who by the way is awesome…I ask hey where is my extra cheese and he said let me go and ask them when he came back he said that management told him to take the current pizza that was giving to me to take it back .because of some reason or another….. I’m okay with that but the WHITE COUPLE WAS ABLE TO KEEP THERE ORDER that was not done correctly..they gave them a discount and redone their order and did not offer that for me..I had to give back my food. BACK .to let you all know that I was there 15mins before and they had to correct someone else’s order who was WHITE …..and they did take care of them…and I’m am Mexican/ American had a problem with my order that they forgot to put the extra cheese on my pizza what i had requested….put on my pizza and I was treated differently
……I don’t like that …how do we treat people differently according to our skin color…..I will NOT GO BACK and will tell people who are of different color be aware….you don’t know how the treatment will be for you or any one else according to your skin color. Service was ok after we waited about 30 min to get our order in. Then comes our appetizer and this is what we got. Not worth the wait not going back. Kids pizza taste horrible my kid refused to eat it. Such waste I regret taking my kids there for our monthly dinner.
