If you want service where your server sits behind the counter the entire time and you never see them, then this is your place. Waited until they came with our ramen to ask for utensils for our gyoza, because they went and sat on their phone and never came back until then. Honestly wish we would have had cash so we could have just left without eating… the ramen was bland and was just overall not a great experience.

First and foremost, when you walk into a restaurant expecting what you are walking into and are given menus labeled Crab Fever instead of Fukiyaki there is an issue. Not once were we asked if we were here for crab fever or Fukiyaki. The food was bland with little care given to its preparation. The service was less than adequate where the server sat behind the counter the entire time. Even when we ordered our food it wasn’t until it was served, after our appetizer, did we recieve utensils. Not once did our server check in on us, nor were they attentive. I don’t know if they are still transitioning from one restaurant to the other but something needs to get figured out.

Not a regular buffet! You can eat as much as you want without having to worry about germs or cold food. Everything’s cooked to order and fantastic. Great price too. Looking forward to coming back with friends 🙂
