Had a great exp ..was my first visit.. affordable tasty food.. and the drinks were so gd..i had tito s punch!! Was Amazing!!Then ordered the Molten lava cake to go..was so full n that was delish!! Great service w a smile..my server Nicole was on it n bus runners excellent job .. Great team! .n they all smiled n were friendly… and was very accommodating!! N also they played great music! Jabed and Fransisco were wonderful and went above and beyond for my family. Chips were fresh, crispy and salty. The gauc, beef skillet queso and salsa was delicious! My family got burgers and they really enjoyed it! I got the quesadilla and it was good. My brother got the wings and liked them. The soup, mushrooms and mac were so good. Super creamy Mac. My MIL got the ribs and chicken and really enjoyed it. Our drinks came out great too! Would 100% come back to this location! Fast service and clean.

I recently ordered the Surf & Turf Ribeye with Mexican rice and steamed broccoli, the Ultimate Cajun Chicken Pasta with garlic toast, and the Pepper Pals Crispy Crispers with fries and chocolate milk.
First, I want to say the shrimp and Mexican rice were very good — flavorful, well-cooked, and enjoyable. That was definitely the highlight of the meal.
However, I was very disappointed with the ribeye steak. It was ordered well done, but it lacked seasoning, flavor, and proper texture. It honestly tasted like a plain piece of beef with no effort put into preparation. For the price, I expected much better quality and taste.
The Cajun chicken pasta was also concerning. The chicken did not seem fresh or properly prepared, and the quality was very disappointing. Because of this, I was unable to enjoy the dish.
Overall, while some items were good, the steak and pasta did not meet expectations. I hope the restaurant improves consistency and food quality, as there is definitely potential.

I had a great experience at the Chili’s in Paramus tonight! Our server, CJ, was outstanding from start to finish. Super friendly, attentive, and made sure we always had what we needed without ever feeling rushed. You can tell he really takes pride in providing great service.
A special shoutout to Jabed, the Hospitality Manager, who checked in on us and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to see managers who step in with such warmth and professionalism, and it definitely elevated the experience.
The food came out fresh, everything tasted great, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing night out. Overall, amazing service + great hospitality = definitely coming back again.

I had a fantastic experience! The hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. I ordered a meal for myself, and they upgraded me to a quesadilla—such a nice surprise! The portion was generous, with a huge plate of chips and salsa arriving just minutes before the main course. Perfect timing, and everything was fresh and delicious. I even took some chips to go, and the manager kindly packed extra salsa for me. The whole experience was quick, about 30-45 minutes, which fit perfectly into my schedule. Great location near the mall with plenty of parking. Overall, a very positive visit!

Delicious food, perfect prices, friendly employees, nice atmosphere, fast service and plenty of seats!
The burgers are delicious and nearly as yummy as Red Robin(…comparing with the old Red Robin hamburger buns. The new RR buns are terrible).
Price was AMAZING at just $11 for the entire meal of a hamburger, fries, drink and the huge bag of fresh, home made chips!
The fries are ok.
You do get a free drink which is awesome and a huge free bag of fresh home made chips which is also very awesome!
Since I only enjoy plain style foods, the chips are not the best for me because there is a small but pronounced bitter/sour aftertaste on the chips. The chips are free, so I can’t call this an actual complaint. It’s just for someone like me, the burger and fries and drink are great and I just don’t need the chips. For probably most people, the chips are probably incredible just the way they are. And they are served warm and fresh which is awesome.
Tons of parking and free parking.
Next to the Garden State Plaza mall, located in the mall parking lot, so it is a great location as well.
