Showed up, ordered 1 burger with fries, 2 spicy wraps with fries, and two spicy wraps, waited 20 minutes for the food to show up. Once the food showed up we got back in the car, started giving people food, in the bag we had 1 burger, 2 spicy wraps (one of which had no sauce), one order of fries, and 1 ranch wrap. We went back through the drive through and told them we were missing 2 spicy wraps and an order of fries, they brought us up to the second window to wait do them to bring us the food we were missing and had paid for. Waited 15 minutes, no food still. Ended up leaving and going to a gas station. They need to hire some competent workers here, it’s McDonald’s, not rocket science.

I placed a mobile order today for curbside pickup. Got there sat there for almost 20 minutes, I called the store and they were telling me they did not see my order went in and heard an employee yelling saying “I told you about that curbside and to take it out!” Both people were confused. I check my bag because every time I’ve been having to go there it’s routine because something is always missing. Was missing my McChicken, the employee had her AirPod in and was very rude. I get it fast food restaurant work is hard but yelling and acting rude towards employees and customers is not acceptable towards anyone. Came home was missing napkins, my sauce, all our food was semi cold, and the fries were definitely old due to probably sitting in the fries warmer for too long. McDonald’s was so much better than this I don’t know what has happened during this year with this establishment but something needs to change to make food edible and actually make customers want to come here.

Whenever I get an iced coffee it’s always a size below the one I order. They need to look at the sizes and read them on the cup. I ordered a medium and got a small. I usually get a large and it’s usually a medium. Please pay attention to your cups.

It’s pretty average but I love their breakfast McMuffins and hashbrowns, will always return for those. My biggest complaint is that they mess up our orders a lot, wait time is usually long for a fast food restaurant, sometimes the fries are not fresh at all.

I have never once had an order be correct from this location. Not once ever. There is never enough people working, the drive through takes about 10mins minimum to get through, the orders are always wrong, every single time. It doesn’t matter how simple your order is they will mess it up. It had to be the worst managed McDonalds in the entire country. I could find a 3 legged dog that could manage this store better. It blows my mind that someone hasn’t fired the manager of this store yet, and if they have, they somehow always replace them with someone just as incompetent because nothing ever gets better. This store is a nexus of despair and cold food in the universe that can never be saved, spare yourself the torment and horror of ordering from here and give yourself a better dining experience, like eating from a litter box.

Order is always wrong. I was told in the drive through they didn’t have extra value meals anymore. They don’t know what a steak bagel is. And no matter what you order through the drive through you always have to pull to a parking spot and wait for them to bring it to you .

Easily the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. No matter what time of day you go to this place it has at least half a dozen people waiting in the drive thru waiting area. They mess up just about every single order. Overall just completely awful.

This place is filthy. We waited so long for our, over a half hour. The trash cans are overflowing and the bathroom is revolting. No one cares here, it’s very obvious.

Went to get the special mcrib sandwich, only thing on sandwich was the rib no onions or pickles…manager spent most of the time on the phone, threw items in bag. Not a pleasant interaction, had to ask for drinks after food was given to us as if we already had them. Had chicken stripe one wasn’t cooked. Thankfully we won’t need to return as we were passing through. McDonalds has gone downhill…won’t be back!!
