Had a nice lunch with the family. Staff were wonderful and helpful with the menu. We ordered a wide variety of items to include jello-o shots. The Chesapeake omelette was flavorful and fresh. The wings were fried hard like we like.

We stopped for a late dinner and were delighted. The patio features garage doors which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful fall weather. We started off with artichoke dip, which was delicious. For mains we had the Monkey and a plain burger. The burgers were well seasoned and formed fresh on site. The artichoke dip had a significant amount of artichoke and was well balanced. We finished up with a brownie sundae.
The service was great and the food came out promptly in the right order. Everyone was very friendly and happy to see us.

We had such a great time at 3 Monkeys! The cocktails were fun and unique — each came with a little monkey decoration that perfectly fit the theme. For food, we tried the crab dip and it was absolutely amazing — super creamy and flavorful. The wings with buffalo sauce were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. We also ordered the Monkey Fries and Parmesan Fries, and both were delicious and loaded with toppings.
The vibe was very chill and laid-back, a great spot to relax with friends. On top of that, the wait staff was extremely friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to!

Food was amazing but tried 2 different beers on tap and they did not taste Luke they should. Probably just need training on flushing lines between kegs especially when one was a sour and the new one is not.

Visited with a friend of mine yesterday. Our server was extremely busy, but she did a great job. They were serving the brunch menu at the time. They have a decent selection even though we were limited to just that menu. We had crab dip as an appetizer. The dip itself was a little too cream cheesy still decent though. The bread that comes with it is really good. I had a Blt and salad for my entree. The salad was really fresh and their house vinaigrette was a nice pair. The Blt was what you would expect of a Blt. Not over done, and a decent amount of bacon. My friend had the eggs Benedict. Although I didn’t eat any it looked like it was cooked perfectly. The bloody merry was 10/10 and I love the little monkeys they put on the side. Clean restrooms and facility.

3 Monkeys Bar and Grill in Richmond, VA is a great spot for casual dining and drinks. The restaurant has a lively and upbeat atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and attentive.
The menu at 3 Monkeys Bar and Grill offers a variety of American classic dishes, like burgers, sandwiches, and entrees. The burgers are juicy and cooked to perfection, and the sandwiches are piled high with fresh and flavorful ingredients. They also have a variety of sides like fries, onion rings, and sweet potato fries. The restaurant is also known for its extensive selection of beers and cocktails.
One of the standout dishes at 3 Monkeys is their wings, which are crispy and flavorful, and come in a variety of flavors. Another must-try dish is the mac and cheese, which is creamy and cheesy, and it’s perfect for sharing. Also, the spinach artichoke dip is delicious and creamy, served with warm and crispy pita chips. The garlic fries are also a great side dish, they are crispy and have a great garlic flavor.
The prices at 3 Monkeys Bar and Grill are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the casual atmosphere. Great place to visit at happy hours too.

Pretty good food with a dive bar atmosphere. I recommend the burger and fries. My friend ordered the linguine with meatballs and he thought it was slightly too spicy.

This is a Richmond Fan area staple. So many other places have come and gone, but we’ve enjoyed stopping in here for years. We recently enjoyed a Saturday morning brunch for a group of 20. We got there right at open and had given them notice, but the wait staff and bartender really hustled and treated our group great. The food and drinks were delicious. Didn’t get any pictures of the food because we were too busy socializing and enjoying the pitchers of mimosas!

This is one of the best places to go for happy hour. It starts early and ends a little bit later than most bars (4-8PM EVERY DAY). Their burger night is also fantastic – super cheap ($5 for a burger and fries) and really great combinations. It’s not just a plain burger with fake American cheese. They serve ones with Gorgonzola and avocado and other deliciousness.
I’m not a huge fan of their brunch because there’s usually a wait and the menu is somewhat limited but their happy hour is on point.
