I’ve been to other Chipotle locations in Columbus and different states, and this is definitely the worst one I’ve experienced. As soon as I picked up the bag, I knew something was missing because it felt very light. I thought they might have gotten the order wrong, so I opened it to check. The bowl was only half filled.
I went back to ask for a remake and explained that the bowl wasn’t portioned correctly. The lady at the window said there wasn’t anything she could do because they had portioned it “right.” She mentioned it was supposed to be 4oz for the main ingredients. She did offer to add more rice, which was nice, but all I wanted was a properly portioned, balanced bowl.
When I got home, I weighed the bowl, and it was definitely not portioned correctly. I had ordered white rice, black beans, chicken, medium corn salsa, hot red salsa, light sour cream, and lettuce. The correct portion should have been close to 20oz, but all I received was 15.5oz.

Officially my last time ever eating at this location. Waited in line for over 30 minutes. The burrito steamer was broken so you could only have a bowl. Ordered chicken but there out of chicken. I said I’ll take a steak bowl for the price of a chicken bowl. They make my entire bowl and then want to charge me for steak. I informed them of what the other guy said and they told me he was new. I said that’s fine but that’s what he said. They went on to tell me how there understaffed. I said that once again sounds like a you problem that your trying to make my problem. They didn’t like that and took both bowls I had, one vegetarian one chicken (steak) and said please leave we are refusing you service. I said you haven’t supplied any yet so I kinda figured that was something you didn’t do here. But there is a really similar place a few doors down. They had chicken and big portions. Lowest score I’ve ever given 2%

Not sure that I even need to write this since everyone is giving it one star and I’m not sure what’s changed but absolutely awful and unsure how they are in business at this location with this level of management. I’ve gone multiple different weeks with varying times 12, 5, 8 how are you constantly out of tortillas and other items. Every time I have gone to a different location and had no issues. Please figure out what is going on with your store or shut it down. This last time I went in you lost about 30 customers in the matter of 30 seconds.

Always a long line no matter what time of day you go in. The people at the counter consistently portion your bowl like ingredients come out of their paycheck. I bet I got less than half the chicken and beans I was supposed to. There’s a dozen other places along Hilliard-Rome that give you more food for $10, so why would Chipotle be my first choice anymore?

I can’t believe what I just experienced at this Chipotle. It was only 8:30 PM, and they don’t close until 11:00 PM, yet the employees were already trying to block customers from entering, pretending they were closing early. Since when does a restaurant decide to just ignore their official business hours?
The place was still well-lit, but the staff was acting as if they were on the verge of locking the doors. They gave us nasty looks, moved slowly on purpose, and had an overall attitude that screamed, “We don’t want to serve you.” If they don’t want to work, maybe they should find another job instead of actively discouraging paying customers from ordering food.
I get it, closing time is tough, but when you sign up for a job, you commit to serving customers until the listed hours. If you’re trying to shut down two and a half hours early, why even bother being open at all?
Absolutely ridiculous. If this is how they treat customers, I can’t even imagine how they handle food safety and cleanliness. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.

Was at the Hilliard location last Saturday. They had run out of all tortillas and all cheese. I get its probably a busy Saturday or they may have gotten a huge to go order but it seemed like poor planning. If it was a big order why didnt they run out of anything else.

I waited in line, when it was my turn all but one staff member vanished to the back. The one woman who did help me didn’t seem to want to help me. When I asked for extra rice or steak, it was like I got on her nerves and she barely put anything on my burrito . This isn’t customer service and I’ll be doing another review on my blog.

Went during a rush recently, portions were great and was fresh (especially the chips, it’s been hot or miss with them). A bit chaotic but that happens. Got the barbacoa bowel, white rice, double pico, double corn salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. Chips and guac.

Not the best experience. My husband picked up an entree bowl and cheese quesadilla kids meal for lunch. The 2 servers assembling the order were not able to converse with my husband about the order preferences and instead used gestures to the food to determine the order. They were not familiar enough with the menu specifics for the cheese quesadilla kids meal that there was supposed to be rice and beans as standard sides to the order. When observed at home, the kids meal had a chicken & cheese quesadilla, rice, & sour cream. Also, the quesadilla tortilla shell was wet and not crisp. The prices are too high. I’m cooking at home more.

Lots of employees appeared to be standing around. 1 person preparing food and 1 person on cash register but the rest did not appear to be doing any work. The 2 that were working were really quick.
