Stopped in for breakfast and it was good. Rachel was our server and she was great. I had a waffles with the turkey sausage and the scrambled eggs and hash browns and they were good. My son had a French toast breakfast. My wife had the pancake breakfast. Overall the food was good. I would recommend that you check this one out. The parking lot is on the other side of the strip mall.

Pancake Corral has been a staple to Bellevue residents for many years. Growing up, my friends always talked about going, but weirdly enough I had never tried it.
On my last visit to Bellevue, my friend said he wanted to grab lunch here so I enjoyed the food for the first time and I see why the locals frequent this spot. The restaurant is nice and cozy with staff that makes you feel at home.
I ordered the Eggs Nicole, which is biscuits topped with sauce, egg, and covered with gravy. As a big fan of Biscuits and Gravy, its a no brainer that I loved this dish. I also ordered sides of Hash Browns and Bacon. The bacon is thick cut and crispy. Some of the best Ive had at a diner.
They also had special seasonal pancakes. My friend ordered the Pumpkin Pecan Pancakes and loved them.
Definitely going to be coming back on my next visit.

We ordered 2 eggs with links and buttermilk pancakes, pancakes with blueberries, and ham on the side. Breakfast links are lighter than I am used to but tastes good. Ham was really good. Blueberry jam was not too sweet. The waiter came to the table several times and refilled our coffee even though the place was full.

Went to Chace’s ( pronounced Chase!) Pancake Corral and absolutely loved it!
The service is par excellence, everyone greets you with a smile, and the coffee and water are refilled almost instantly. The menu is small (as the name suggests, it’s a lot about pancakes!), and everything we tried was flavorful, perfectly cooked, not too greasy, and hot. The quality really stands out in its simplicity.
Parking can be a little tricky, but there’s an adjoining lot where we parked without much trouble. The place stayed busy the whole time, which says a lot about how loved it is! Highly recommend! ☕️

I had a meeting nearby, so I stopped by for brunch. Two tables around us were celebrating birthdays, and the restaurant gave them shoutouts — it added to the charm. The place had a nostalgic vibe, and the server was really friendly too.

Top notch service. Hot food. Diverse menu. The establishment is small, cozy and country-ish. It’s family oriented with a diverse clientele. Staff works well together with a great vibe and nice atmosphere. Coffee and water is topped off frequently. Table condiments are fully stocked. Food was delivered hot and tasteful. Just one complaint. If you like a little extra salt with your food you will have to add it. Food is cooked with minimal salt. Place is really busy. If you are meeting a separate party, be punctual and try to arrive together. Waiting area seating is limited.
They can certainly handle a large party. Our party was a party of 5. Most tables have 6 spaces each.
This breakfast restaurant is worth a try out. We highly recommend it.

With 26 years between visits the Pancake Coral still has a great breakfast. We love the hash brown omelet. Give it a try.
