Fuller’s in Pembroke is hands-down one of my all-time favorite food spots. The buffet-style setup is loaded with well-seasoned, home-style Southern food that tastes like it was made with care. The variety is on point—classic comfort dishes done right, with flavors that actually deliver.

On top of the food, the service really stands out. The servers are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. You can tell this is a place that values its customers and community.

If you’re in the Pembroke area and want real Southern food with great flavor and great people, Fuller’s is a must-stop. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

BBQ buffet or ala carte. Reasonable prices for a great meal. Hubby found out he loved the chitterlings (1st timer). Service was fantastic and drinks were refilled often at table side. Don’t pass by this mom & pop restaurant!

The food was ok, but honestly I think it’s the first time I didn’t eat until I felt sick. The servers were nice and attentive. The only issue I had was a couple of the staff members who stock and clean the buffet area were a bit rude! They didn’t really say anything out the way, but my 6 year old son was asking for rice and I’m trying to teach him independence, so I showed him how to do it and then helped him. My son’s mom said the Hispanic lady was staring at me and my son rolling her eyes and I thought maybe she was just being dramatic, but my son and I walked to the opposite side where she’d just been when we were on the other side gtn rice! As I’m trying to be optimistic and give the lady the benefit of the doubt, she goes out her way to come back around the bar and stare at my son and I which I witnessed personally this time. So as we’re about to walk off she aggressively walked up behind my son’s mom and lightly nudged her and loudly and aggressively said excuse me while avoiding eye contact with either of us, and rolling her eyes!

It kinda rubbed me wrong, but it’s the 1st time I’ve dealt with anything like that there. So unless it happens again, I’ll chalk it up as a long, slow day at work and she wasn’t feeling it! Idk but otherwise I definitely suggest giving it a try, definitely worth a shot!

I was in town for the day as part of my quest to visit each of NC’s 100 counties, and I’m glad I stopped in for lunch!

Nice buffet variety of “home cooked” food that hit the spot! I especially loved the cabbage and yams. Such a great flavor.

My server was also attentive. You can also get the buffet to go.

The selection of desserts was a bit limited and you do have a small surcharge if you pay by credit card. I also didn’t have a chance to leave a tip when I paid.

Every year, Fuller’s BBQ is our first stop during our Memorial visit, and it never lets us down! The food is always hot, full of flavor, and downright delicious. From the BBQ to the sides, everything is on point. The atmosphere is amazing, with great photos celebrating the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina.
The staff always makes us feel welcome, treating us like family. If you’re in the area, don’t miss it.
Fuller’s is a must!

This location is nothing like the former Lumberton and Raeford location. The food was cold. When told about it. The manager did nothing. You would think he would have checked it, then removed the cold tray, replaced it and brought a sample of the new tray and ask us was the new sample up to par. He acted as if our 1 little complaint from non local patriots wasn’t nothing to worry about and probably won’t return. They do a lot of volume business daily off of traditional menus, but this place is nose diving fast. The one in Raeford is the best.

I visited my mom this week, and while I was home, we ate at fullers. It seems like the food gets better every time I eat here. The food is always hot and seasoned just right. That BBQ and fatback was calling my name.
