Very rude and angry to their customers location. They don’t allow you to go wash your hand before you do a purchase. When I ask for a manager they said they don’t have one.

I just expierenced the most rude employee I’ve ever seen at this location. African American women working at 6:30 drive through window. Was very short with me and kept asking me was I done then totaled my good without me being done ordering. When I pulled up to the window and asked was she the one took my order she kept moping and ignored me talking to her. She then told me hold on came back to the window without washing her hands and said do you want ice. I told her she was very rude and would like to speak to the manager. She yelled she not here. I told her I didn’t want the food at this point I felt she was practicing unsanitary measures. She said bye with a very smart attitude. I have always wxpierenced great friendly service from this jack in the box. I am a person with extensive customer service background and she definitely gave this jack in the box one less customer.

The employees are the best part of this environment- PAC Hwy is a dump run especially over there. Sorry you have to work here. Wish they would tear this one down -it’s a very bad area for this establishment and the workers. The food is fine as to be expected thankfully, but it’s just the location that makes it undesirable! Move this business where it’s safer for the customer and workers. I just wanna say thanks to the employees in the past month during early afternoon shift- A+ attitudes thanks so much!

The service at the drive thru was slower than usual, but the service was satisfactory. The prices have skyrocketed since 2010, being almost 250% higher for items like fries or value items.
For these prices, I may as well go to a burger restaurant instead of fast food. However, the fries and milkshakes are still of highest quality and taste.

A new drive through was added inside the store with a brisk smokey scent as the sedan that had run through the closed store burst into fire and burned the restaurant.
Sadly the building is a total loss and will need to be torn down. Due to the high crime in the area and low business volume, it is highly unlikely it will ever be rebuilt.
