We walked in at 1400, so a nice time to go as no long lines. However, all of he tables were dirty and not cleared of food spills, dirty napkins, and the workers just talking & not busy. We were going to eat in, but no one seemed to want to make sure the Dino g room was clean. The floors were not swept either. My friend’s first time and she said not going to a Chipotle again as was her first impression & she was disgusted.
We ordered a burrito bowl and tacos. Food was fine-we took it to the car to eat. A letdown as other Chipotle’s have been clean. Isn’t there a manager or lead in charge of employees? I guess not. You would think they would want a clean work environment.

I recommend eating anywhere but here. My husband and I can never get an order where something isn’t missing, incorrect, or has hair in it. We come here rarely because of this, but the few times we do because of convenience, we choose order pickup because it’s dirty inside. The staff do not make any attempt during in-store pickup to refund missing items that cost extra, or to correct the meal.

I have not been to a chipotle in a while due to bad service at other locations. My kids really wanted chipotle so we have it another shot tonight….sad to say this location did not renew my faith in the restaurant. The girl taking our order barely spoke above whisper. She also barely answered any of my questions with words. Just random head nods. At one point she just walked away and didn’t come back. The rest of her colleagues stepped in once they realized she just took off. Food was cold. They were out of everything even thought they were supposed to be open for another 4 hrs. This was just a nice reminder why I don’t waste my money at Chipotle. Such a rip off. Horrible customer service and the quality of food just gets worse and worse as the years go on. I’ll go anywhere else from now on. So long Chipotle.

Woman on line helping food seemed miserable when met with a smile and plenty of thank you’s. Half scoops of everything , I asked for more chicken after saying double and was given one portion, I then was ment with ” I know my portions” and following complaints under her breath after I told her I’d pay for more of anything. Nothing asked was given. At the end of the line it she decided to smash my bowl and write double chicken. Shame because I like to tip at every location and I was served almost nothing for brining a smile and nothing more.

Met my expectations for Chipotle quality. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is kept clean. I have had issues in the past with small portions, but after a few months it seems to have resolved itself. This location does get busy during the lunch hour but the line is definitely bearable in the evenings. Great food as always

I ordered 1 burrito and 3 tacos, the woman assembling them already looked mad she had to make food…..heaven forbid making food in a fast food joint, attitude the entire time…literally put the shells on the grill for maybe a second (open the lid out the shells on push down and lift the lid). Was throwing our food down the line to nobody, asked for a side of guac and when she dropped the cup into the guac threw a fit like it was my fault. She grabbed the cup out and continued to fill it and I had to ask her to wipe it off. Sorry don’t want guac on everything in the bag. Do your self a favor and don’t go if this woman is behind the counter.

My recent order of two burrito contained no meat and almost no other toppings. Basically I received 2 rice bowls. I have tried to reach out to Chipotle via their website, but their feedback form is broken and the chat person dipped after they said hello. Clearly Chipotle doesn’t care about customer service.
