As seen in previous reviews, my food was just as bad. My crunchy wrap was thin and made wrong!
I paid for extra chipotle sauce, I didn’t get it with my order. The employee that answered the phone told me the manager isn’t around. Then he decided to go back and forth with me about the order telling me he made it right. If you made it right I wouldn’t be calling my daughter has an allergy. I was so unsatisfied with the customer service and food. Also, the food had so much burnt crumbs all over it. I trashed the food and it was a waste of money, but I’m not about to risk my child heath. Never coming here again !!!! ( Very unsatisfied )

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been before.
The food was disgusting, service was right, but they gave me two quesadillas overcooked, a taco that looked so bad, no way I paid almost $20 for that.

Every time I come to this location my order is always messed up. Tonight I ordered 5 tacos with extra cheese and sour cream and they didn’t even put sour cream on them. I had to go back around and get 2 sides of sour cream because the young lady who looked geeked out of her mind apparently can’t hear properly. Worse location ever. I understand it is easier on employees when the customer uses the self service tablet. However, if there is an issue with the machine then please help the customer without giving them attitude. The amount of attitude & laziness me & my daughter experienced today is insane. Left without even placing the order anymore because no thanks I don’t trust y’all with my food after that. Getting upset about having to do the job you are paid to do is wild.

THIS PLACE NEVER HAS LETTUCE OR SOUR CREAM. THIS THE ONLY TACO BELL I GO TO THAT CONSISTENTLY DOES NOT HAVE THE ADVERTISED MENU ITEMS. Don’t get me wrong poor customer service is something we’re all accustomed to at this point in the fast food Industry but I have never had a place consistently under stock on the basics. I can’t ever order a taco supreme because these guys never have sour cream or lettuce it just doesn’t make sense. Please step it up Tacobell of forest park. The establishment is moderately new.

Placed an order on UberEats just before 2am. This location closes at 3am. My driver has an incredibly long wait, and when she is finally helped they haven’t even begun to prepare my order (this is around 2:40). I am being told they are out of rice, ground beef, and beans. Why are you even open? Instead of refunding the items they can’t make they tell my driver what they are sending me instead even though I asked for a refund. Instead of the burritos I ordered I’m getting steak or chicken (who knows?) and cheese in a tortilla. That’s not what I ordered. That’s not what I paid for. This seems like an incredibly poorly managed location that was ready to close up long before they were actually supposed to close. I would rate this 0 stars if I could. Will be requesting a full refund from Uber as well. Save your money. Don’t waste your time here.
