Atrium dining area was beautiful. Food was ample portions, although the quality was slightly lacking, with the exception of the zucchini fritters. The zucchini fritters were excellent!
When we arrived, they tried to seat us at a table for two up against a brick wall, with a table for four within tight proximity. Considering that the dining room was almost completely unoccupied, I found this extremely off-putting. We had the reservations for more than two weeks.
The hostess did agree to seat us at a better table, and the dining room continued to be slow until just before we left, which was more than an hour.
The constant running through the dining area by the wait staff was a bit excessive, considering that the room was less than half occupied. The dining room is on the end of the restaurant, not in the middle.

Brunch yesterday started with amazing cocktails The Silver Screen was delightful, ordered bagel + lox, blueberry pancakes, bacon, potatoes, biscuits & gravy (best I’ve ever had) topped with and egg, all very good. Our server Lisa was attentive and friendly we really enjoyed her. After brunch we headed to the beautifully decorated lobby, the vibe is so comfortable and inviting with sunlit windows, Christmas trees, soft comfortable furniture, chandeliers, and soft music, we ended up hanging there for a few hours exchanging gifts and enjoying a few coffee drinks. It was a great way to spend a cold afternoon

Located inside of Hotel Covington. There is not a single thing I would change about this hotel. I cannot emphasize enough how beautiful it is. I met a good friend for brunch and it was delicious.I would recommend getting a cinnamon roll for the table to share. Everyyhing, including the cocktails, are made in house. I didn’t want to leave. I’m considering going back to rent a room.

Coppins was recommended to me by a friend. Walking in I was greeted by friendly people and sat in the atrium. The special was a 16 oz steak and brussel sprouts. Recommend arriving hungry. Excellent meal! The sweet potato tres leches cake and an Americano coffee finished off the meal. I will be back.

Attention to every detail is given in this restaurant. The food, the service, and the management. Iona was leading the team; engaged, hands-on leadership out on the floor. The food was beyond my expectations, flavorful and rich, with beautiful presentation. The cocktails were amazingly crafted too. It was a perfect start to a busy holiday. We loved it and we will be back.

Had dinner with the wife, the restaurant is located in a hotel. It has a beautiful inside area that is sort of hidden. They don’t give you any bread to start but the server, I think his name was Spark was awesome he was funny but not overbearing or pretentious like other servers at nicer restaurants. told us about the these Parmesan potatoes that are cubed and deep fried and they were delicious with sauce. He also suggested these cocktails that were delicious. I got something called a Equalizer. He explained how they extracted milk and the process but I was just thirsty and it was a solid suggestion. Wife got some lemon bar drink that was almost as good as mine. I got the pork chops and it was awesome, served with beans and almost ate the plate. She got a pasta shrimp dish and it was good. We got a banana mouse that was beautiful in presentation. My wife took all the pics and she will review later! Would visit again. Apparently they own the bar next door the server said and gave us a few suggestions of places in area. All in all I really liked this restaurant and will visit again!

We stayed at Hotel Covington for three nights for honeymoon and ate twice at Coppin’s. The first time we had pork belly, coppin salad and steak, and second time we had tuna, coppin salad, salmon and potato tots. The food overall was very tasty and impressed my picky hubby 🙂
We wanted to give special thanks to our servers, both were wonderful and extremely friendly! They heard about we were on honeymoon trip and offered free dessert and champion toast. Unfortunately we forgot first server’s name, the second time was Carina. Carina noticed that I don’t do alcohol so she provided same-taste, alcohol-free sparking drink to me, alongside with champion to my hubby, how thoughtful was that! Thank you!

Amazing vibe at the place! Grabbed a late lunch between stops on the B-Line (NKY Bourbon Trail) and it did not disappoint!!!! The atrium is amazing but the quaint patio is even more so! We had it to ourselves this afternoon and our waitress was amazing with her drink and food recommendations. The Liquid Knowledge was amazing and the Tater Tots were unique- I’ve never experienced anything like them. Crispy but soft flaky layers with crunch in between the inner layers? Crazy good!

We would give 10 stars if we could!!! We recently dined at Coppin’s Restaurant in Covington, KY and let’s just say — we left our taste buds in orbit! The atmosphere was classy yet cozy, the service was top-notch, and the food? OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD.
We were celebrating the annual visit of a dear friend from Germany , but after a meal like this, we refuse to wait another year to return!
Let’s break it down:
My mother-in-law — who has a very discerning palate — declared the salmon the BEST she’s ever had!
I devoured the scallops with… wait for it… LIMA BEANS. I would go to the ends of the earth for those lima beans — buttery, tender, and totally unforgettable.
And the grand finale: Strawberry Rhubarb Galette — tart, sweet, flaky perfection. A mic-drop moment for dessert!
We left floating on a foodie cloud and already plotting our return. Thank you, Coppin’s, for turning an annual reunion into a culinary celebration!
