I’m not surprised seeing so many negative reviews. I’ve tried their French vanilla cold brew 3 different Sunday mornings on the way to church. I was hoping someone would learn how to make it correctly. This is coming from someone who use to get that drink almost every morning from different locations in Springfield. Yours is very bitter and no sweetness to it. I’ve also had your sweet tea Sonic is known for its sweet tea.. but not this one. It’s sad to me since I’ll start working in Marshfield tomorrow and would drive through for a drink almost everyday if they would have tasted right.

This place always takes forever. It’s a -little- faster if you order through the app. If you try to order at the stall they’ll ignore you for a half hour hoping you’ll go away. They also get it wrong. Even if you order straight off the menu. We ordered a sausage toaster waited twenty minutes and got a bacon toaster. Don’t go here.

No more care for quality anymore. Ordered online and they forgot my burger and whats up with the chili dog. I live 5 mins away and the fries were cold and old. Maybe because it’s 9pm? They normally do better than this

Wouldnt really know about food quality to be honest.. they only had 2 people working and a ton of cars.. now while i know this is not the people working fault the managment should have scheduled more than 2 people should have made sure call off shifts were covered even if they had to cover it themselves.. we waited for 15 minutes for our order to be taken and finally called the store to find out there was only 2 people working… we left drive through was moving nicely but stalls seemed to have no priority.. it was our anniversary.. i was really looking forward to breakfast with my husband at sonic after coming out of the deer woods.. this was extremely dissapointing

So one of my favorite locations, but our speaker wasn’t working well I ordered a quarter pound, double cheese burger mustard, and pickle only.. I got a SUPER sonic burger add mustard.. reorder. The manager says, “OK, let me come outside so that I can hear you better and make sure I get it right.”
She offered me 2 Quarter pound cheeseburgers with mustard and pickle only to make up the difference.
Pickles sure look like onion oh and to top it off, my shake cup had a hole in the bottom of the cup.. this is what 29.00 of fast food gets you.

Not sure about all the bad reviews but I used to manage Sonic’s and everytime we go here the employees are super nice and pleasant. That’s hard to find now a days. Their slushes are perfect and our food has always been great! Keep up the great work!

Ordered through DoorDash. Ordered onion and jalepenos on my coney pretty sure I paid more for it to. Didn’t get the onions or the jalepenos 🙁

Went through the drive through for a quick and easy dinner. After a 15 minute wait I got my food. They stacked fries on the chili cheese fries, and two more things on my coney. They basically made me wait too get slop. Won’t go back.

After a long exhausting day went to sonic so I wouldn’t have to cook . Picked up my food through the drive through got home opened up my chicken slider to find hard crusted burnt buns and a dried up piece of chicken It was so bad I had to throw it away So disappointed! They did refund me but I won’t be going back
