24 hour Korean restaurant, that’s incredible!
The food was simple and delicious, and great portions for the price. The service was excellent, I was tended to very well.
Seafood & Beef Tofu Soup was excellent! Mildly flavored, perfect for this cold weather.
Mandu (dumplings) well stuffed, juicy and flavorful.
Korean Blood Sausage, not my favorite, but it had an interesting texture, as it also had mainly rice in it.

We went there around 5 or 6 in the evening. The restaurant wasn’t crowded at all and was pretty quiet. It seems to be open 24 hours and is quite popular around here, so we decided to give it a try.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t very good. The food was either too salty or too bland. The seafood pancake was not crispy. The tofu soup was extremely salty! The beef in the beef soup was very tough, I couldn’t chew it with my teeth. The only thing I thought was good was their rice. It was steamed really well and even without the dishes, I could still eat the rice on its own.

When all else fails, Tosokchon never does. It’s my go-to spot any time of day since they’re always open. The kimchi alone is worth the visit—authentic, fresh, and tasting truly homemade. We always order the japchae, hands down the best in the DMV. The Dookbaeki Bulgogi is a warm, slightly sweet soup that’s incredibly comforting, while the L.A. galbi is tender and packed with flavor. Sharing photos of a few other dishes we’ve tried when branching out from our usual orders. Overall, this place is a gem and one I highly recommend.

Food was delicious and portions were generous. The only thing to note is that it’s mostly self-serve when it comes to to-go boxes, so you’ll need to pack things up yourself if you have leftovers. Overall, a great meal and definitely worth coming back! Plus never goes wrong with soondubu ( tofu soup) after drinking

The best Korean place in NoVA since they’re one of the only ones that’s still open 24 hours, AND they have amazing food. The spicy pork here was better than elsewhere, and I love how you can get the spicy tofu soup. I will definitely be back, especially to support a business like this that stays open late at night!

The food was good and the quality was great. The portions were big, which makes it a good place to come with a group. The service was okay, there was only one server, and she was very quick to take our order.

The short rib spare ribs are soooo good. Very flavorful. I had the spicy beef stew which was awesome . Service wasn’t the best. Food was yum.

Food here was mediocre, service was mediocre too. It’s a good place for late night food if nowhere else is open.
The service wasn’t great. The waitress was hard to get a hold of if I needed something/needed the check.
The flavors of the galbi tang was not there, tasted like water.. I wouldn’t come back here though, try a different Korean place down the street for better food and service

I went here with some friends yesterday for a pretty late (by my standards) dinner at around 9 pm. It was quite enjoyable – we ordered mandu, kimchi pancake, and a big hot pot of pork ribs to share. This is a great place to come with others.
