Pull up to take our order and the employee asked us what we want so we gave him our check in code he told us to wait then took care of 2 other cars that pulled after us. We got to the second window to get our food the employee that handed us out food every time he opened the window he was talking about “he shoots guns” then the employee behind him was hitting a vape or a weed pen! VERY DISSATISFIED!

. McDonald’s is consistent regardless of where you go. The price is not awaken 50 and they are becoming more and more expensive. You might as well go to a sit down restaurant for the price of McDonald’s. well I enjoy McDonald’s sometime to time this place was uneventful like the rest of them. I did have to yell several times into the microphone to get them to respond with please hold for a moment. That was my only concern that when we pulled up and nobody made any indication that we arrived at the drive-thru.

(Edit) 701 South Broadway CONTINUES to constantly have issues and forget trying to contact JESSICA HAY store manager, although they have “Mc Care” signs everywhere in my MONTHS of attempting to contact her ive NEVER received a response! Worst McDonalds EVER! EVERY. SINGLE.TIME. I come to this location there is an issue. I order and pay online and when I arrive any combination of my order not having been made, them having no record of my PAID order the fries being cold. The burgers are always perfect but all the other stuff is quite tiring. Ba ba bum bum bum pay for aggravation.

We ate there earlier today . The was not like it was in the past . I had the chicken sandwich and it was hard and burnt the fries was not even good. And I really like McDonald’s fries . Maybe they weren’t having a off day. I hope my next visit it will better.

I have been buying from Mc for almost 10 years they never charged me for any sauces, and this store wants me the pay for the sauces, and the worker was so rude about it!

Employees are more worried about arguing than taking care of customers. Table sign literally says “we will bring your food to you” cashier set it on the counter and basically sprinted away. And yall want $22 an hour? Yeah right. Maybe if yall stop throwing hands back there and do your job maybe you’ll get $22 an hour. Your “service” is barely worth $2. I said what I said.
