I ordered a #9 with mocha frappe. My burgers were covered in salt. Lateral salt. I called and the lady that answered the phone was rude. Said I needed to speak to the kitchen manager. I asked to speak to the kitchen manager. She hung up on me. This is not how you run a successful business. I can not have salt.
You all need to learn to be kind and respectful. You need some leadership training. Learn to be kind. Listen to your customers.

Wife and I ate out elsewhere and I decided to stop here to grab 2 quick burgers for our dogs. McDonalds is quick, dogs have no preference, right? Couldn’t have picked a worse time. When we finally reached the food window, I noticed their service tracking monitor indicated it took over 7 minutes for me to reach the cashier. Another 11 minutes to reach the food window! There were 4 cars in front of me too! Whatever happened to McDonalds quick drive-thru?
I don’t frequent McDonalds regularly. I have been to enough of them though to know this isn’t typical. I can only assume management and/or staffing issues that night.

Terrible experiences, one after another. My family ordered 1 milkshake, 2 happy meals and 3 five dollar bags. We received our cups and filled up, I personally received a real dead fly from the soda machine, probably from ice. Oh well, I rinsed out and filled up again. When the milk shake was received it was rancid, rotten and returned quickly. After 40 minutes we had not received our order. The whole time we where there, we saw about 20 orders carried out to drive thru, not counting what was handed through window unseen. Very disappointed, it was of course explained that they where short handed and undertrained.
. . . . As I was about to finish this review my son showed me his burger was gross. Oh and when we had it to go, they packed it sideways and half unwrapped. Super bummer bro. My wife and I believe that this was the worst mcdonalds experience ever. I took pics of bagged items, take a look.

Customer service is exceptional, the new girl Wendy was amazing taking my family’s order in spanish as soon as she heard my mother telling me what she wanted. I’m so grateful they have bilingual employees. Makes things easier for me.

I ordered delievery for my darling girls birthday, The order had cold, soggy unsalted fries, they didn’t include straws, and they forgot the ketchup for my kids’ nuggets. Absolutely incompetent.

Chicken sandwiches were dry and you could tell they were sitting for a bit. Our fries were very under cooked. If I didn’t have kiddos to feed I would have kept traveling to a different place to feed them. Probably will not stop again.

We sat at the order board in the drive-through for about eight minutes, watched three cars on the other board go past us. We got told to hold on a second. They would be right with us. Never got back to us. We had to pull to the window and ask for a manager in order to order our food the manager did let us order food. He did not apologize was still kind of rude, and the rest of the staff was rude as well because when I asked for the manager, the guy with long blonde hair in a blue shirt wearing a necklace with some kind of pendant and a hair tie on each wrist, rolled his eyes, said I guess and slam the window shut. I will be calling corporate and letting them know.

I fell on the ice that was on their parking lot RIGHT NEXT to the handicapped sign. Now I’m sore and have some bruises on my arms. When I went inside I told them about the parking lot ice rink they had out there. The guy at the front immediately went and told people in the back. By the time we left they still hadn’t salted the area. My husband and a stranger helped me right after I fell, I wish I had got the stranger’s name. It wasn’t an employee.

I ordered two double cheese. Both Cold to the touch. I would have take them back, but I don’t think the result would be any different. (I’m staying at the Quality Inn next-door to the restaurant) The manager, at least I’m assuming he’s the manager, he was wearing a tie. He could care less.
