I drove 15 Miles for Roy Rogers since I had not had it in years. I went inside to place my order at about 8:00 p.m. to find that the fixings bar had been broken down and that the staff was in the process preparing to close the restaurant. After waiting for a while Stephen came and took my order. He was kind enough. I ordered a 3-piece tender combo with baked beans and a large soda. A double r Burger, a three-piece chicken and extra pickles. I love pickles with my chicken. I drove back home 15 miles to find that I had no chicken. I was so disappointed. I should have checked my order.

Dont order cherry coke or coke. Mix soda vs. Syrup is off. Had to return to get a drinkable drink. Does management not check the drinks you are selling? No quality control here. Roast beef, not much flavor like it used to have. Waldorf, MD Roy’s, will not return. Feel ripped off. Offered no discount for scrappy drinks and wasting my time having to return after they sold me drinks that were mostly soda,and no syrup.

Passed by and saw a Roy Rogers restaurant and had to stop in. It’s been years since these restaurants disappeared on Long island and weve really missed them.
Great to see the fixing bar still exists, the roast beef and the fried chicken.

Good food fast. I love to swing in here for breakfast lunch or dinner. The burgers great. The fired chicken is great. Roast beef rocks. Never had a bad experience at this store. The food is always hot and correct. The staff is super nice and friendly. The store is always clean. Bathrooms are clean as well.

Absolutely awesome in every way!!! From the order takers to the clean up crew this roy Roger’s is outstanding . My order was hot and fresh the order taker spoke clearly and the fixing bar was spic and span !! Even the hardest job in the entire place …the” drive thru ” was actually the Super Star of the Team !!! Great Job !!

I recently started stopping about once a month to eat and this afternoon (8 Jan 22) I did the same, however the visit proved very disappointing. While the dining room was clean, and the fixings bar appeared well-stocked, the roast beef sandwich itself was unsatisfactory, in fact half the meat was little more than fat and gristle, enough so that I had to pick it out to make the sandwich edible. Under the circumstances, I will withhold any future visits until some aggressive quality control is undertaken.

I am a big fan of RR’s food but this location struggles with the cleanliness and care of the restaurant. The place needs to be updated; unfortunately I’ve decided to eat at other locations.
