15 minutes waiting on the drive through line fries at least 20 min past cold, chicken nuggets so cold and hard can’t even be eaten, chicken wrap lukewarm. Major issues and all within 20 minutes of closing. No copy of the receipt. Bacon on the baconator fries overcooked more like bacon bit chips. Look forward to hearing from the manager in the morning. To make matters worse ordered cherry ginger ale, flat no cherry flavor.

I was making a paid purchase and asked for a cup for water. I was told they don’t do.cups for water. I can see not offering them to everyone who walks in, for various reasons, but I was ordering food, debit card in hand, and told no. I left without purchasing anything. Been here 3x this week ordered same damn thing and 2x it’s been wrong. Even argued with me. Had to show my receipt. No one sorry that happened .. just had an attitude like it was my fault. Can ppl not read a receipt? All the other Wendy’s in this town are amazing but this one has major issues. I’m shocked they are still open .

The floor was so sticky, I mean the carpet. But now that I say that I realize the new store is opening soon and this store is probably not getting cleaned like it should. Those carpets needed cleaned months ago, my shoes were sticking to it.
