I had an amazing experience at Five Guys today, and I have to give a huge shout-out to the team. Josh made the best fries I’ve ever had—perfectly seasoned, hot, and fresh. You could tell he took pride in getting them just right. And Tosh crafted my burger with absolute care and love. Every ingredient was layered perfectly, and the flavor was spot on.
It’s rare to find a team that puts this much heart into what they do. Josh and Tosh truly elevated the whole experience. I’ll definitely be coming back because of them!

$23 for a burger, medium fries, and a medium drink is absolute insanity. I’ll never come back here. Burger was good but not worth that much. I can make a week of burgers that tastes the same or better for what their one meal costs. If any of y’all are gonna spend this outrageous amount for their food, hit me up I’ll make you a burger that’s better for half the price!!

When it was guys doing the cooking, there isn’t a better burger joint… But it was all females and the food was drastically different. When the females are cooking, I’d have to advise going anywhere else. But when the guys are there, it’s the best burgers I’ve ever had at any restaurant!!!

The manager, Miss Brittany ran a tight shift! She gave encouragement and direction with a smile. She made sure to tell the team to check on their customers, complete their side work between orders, and even replaced a light bulb that she noticed was blown out. The restaurant was very clean, the food was fresh and tasty, and service was even better! More managers like her are needed in the fast food industry.

Five guys is always good, but I forget how much it costs until I’m there. And the portions aren’t large for what you’re paying for.
But the fresh food is nice I will admit. The fries are always hot, burgers are off the griddle and the staff is nice. All in all, it’s a five guys.

Employees were very friendly, menu isn’t overwhelming. You just have a few burgers, hot dogs, and fries with varying sizes. They have those coke freestyle machines as well.
I have to say that for the price and the crazy calorie count the burger itself was ok, not bad but a bit bland. I’ve definitely had better.
I’d rate this place 3 without the fries. The fries are very well seasoned and were the highlight of my meal. I’d just come back and just get a large fry honestly.

I’d never eaten at a Five Guys burgers place before and i wasn’t interested in trying it but after i went to this one on Chenal, I’ll definitely go back. The food was delicious, the service was great and the atmosphere was fun. I just felt at home. The restaurant was clean. They give you more fries than you need. The give you your medium or large fries and then they give you an extra scoop in your bag. That was nice! I didn’t feel rushed or like I needed to hurry for the next people. I just stood there in peace and watched my burger cook and watched the process. I really had a nice visit with my husband.
Be prepared to pay about $17 a person but the place stays busy. You will get a meal for this price not just a burger. That’s your bacon burger, fries and a drink.

BEST VEGGIE BURGER AND FRIES IN ALL THE LAND! And no I’m not talking about a veggie patty- I’m talking just grilled veggies with all the burger fixings. It’s literally mind blowing why this combination is so good but it is. It’s a sesame bun, loaded with grilled onions, bell peppers and mushrooms then layered with your tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle and mustard (you build it how you want- there’s a ton of free toppings but this combo never fails me). Then we have the fries. THE FRIES . Sometimes when I’m in Little Rock I pop in just for a sack of fries they are that good. And yes, it’s a hefty brown sack they just pour the fries in and then you get your burger wrapped in foil and placed right on top of them. They will tell you a large is shareable for two people, don’t listen to this madness, I don’t care if it was overflowing out of the sack, you won’t wanna share these fries . You can also get a free sack of peanuts here which is so random but so good. If you eat in, get a lil malt vinegar on the side- trust me, there home-cut fries come alive in this stuff but a little goes a long way.

I was timid about posting on here but I will because this location deserves its praise. I use to come here and eat and mainly for the Cajun fries. However, I was homeless at the time and was within a horrible situation within my life at the time. These employees always made me feel welcomed and respected and that meant so much to me then, as will always mean so much to me because not only do some people in Little Rock look down on their homeless and treat them horribly; but because of the situation I was within at the time. It was hard just to get food sometimes and hard to do anything for that matter and I’d felt so embarrassed and ashamed just coming in there dirty but the employees always treated me with respect and kindness and I am forever grateful for them. I always meant to come back to tell them thank you although I never got the chance to. So, I thank you and truly truly pray that this location specifically is prosperously blessed because you guys deserve it.
