Highly recommend going!!!! Went there Friday night and it was an amazing experience. It’s a little pricey but it’s highly worth it. The food, service and vibes all together was a great experience. I enjoyed the spooky bowl punch, sampler platter and the 24k Gold Burger. Shoutout to our waiter Tyler for making our experience great with his positive attitude and great customer service. Hope I get him as a waiter again when I come back!!!! They should give him a raise.

This place sucks is the best way to put it. Especially for the prices. $20 for a specialty margarita that looked like the basic margarita. The food is sub par. I wouldn’t recommend going here. This was our second visit and our last visit.

Food is greatly overpriced to begin with. I ordered the sugar factory signature burger (well done) with fries, a side of honey mustard and a side of ranch. I ate almost half the burger before I realized it was pink throughout and then almost gagged lol they forgot my ranch, didn’t give utensils nor any napkins. I did call and let them know. They offered to remake it but since I had eaten half I declined. I was here a few weeks ago and ordered the steak sandwich and my French fries were cold. Definitely not consistent with cooking and quality of food. Very disappointed

Super cute restaurant, I LOVED the decor, and the food was really good! Everything here seems massive, though, which was kinda a turn off for me. Maybe plan on splitting a dish when coming here That said, I really enjoyed it.
It is kid friendly but you have to walk through a casino to get to it and will need to check in where you’ll get a wrist band for your child. They were very thorough about that, which was great.

I had an amazing experience at Sugar Factory, and Star truly made it unforgettable! From the moment we were seated, she was warm, welcoming, and so attentive. She checked on us consistently, made great recommendations, and made sure everything came out perfectly.

We ordered 2 – 24kt gold burgers. The presentation of delivery was awesome. They turned out the lights and credit Bruno Mars’s 24k Magic. The plate was adorned with a shooting sparkling candle and the meal was either wrapped in 24kt gold paper or dusted with gold flakes plated on a gold platter. The food was tasty and better than expected. The one setback is our meal was missing the gold macaron. I don’t know if they forgot b/c there’s a lot going on with this meal. We didn’t alert the server or make a big deal about it.
There were other parties celebrating birthdays. If you order the King Kong Sundae, there’s a special presentation of delivery. Very fun atmosphere.

Super cute restaurant located inside of the casino. I love the decor. Crowded on a Saturday night, reservations highly recommended. Reservations take preference over walk-ins so I liked that. Everyone in your party must be present before being seated. Children are allowed, personally I like this restaurant for adults being it is located inside of the casino. Food was hit or miss. Definitely worth it for the drinks! 10/10 for that it’s a win and I would go back in the near future.
