If I could give it a 10 Freddy’s famous Steakburgers would get it. Not fast food, but really really good food fast! Not only that its family-owned too! I most certainly will be bringing my family back here to enjoy it. Thanks Freddies!!!

Stopped in Glasgow for a quick bite before heading to Mammoth Cave. The burger was excellent, and the thinly cut fries were crispy. I tried their special sauce but ended up using ketchup.
A lot of customers seemed to be from the nearby medical facility. If they are regulars, my positive impression of the restaurant must be validated. Friendly staff.

The cashier was great the lady was very knowledgeable, and the custard sample we got was delicious. The fries tasted great, but our sandwiches were very greasy.

Last time I ate there the waitresses were RUDE. So rather than face then again, I did pickup! The hambuger was stale and cold and I won’t even mention the fries, it all went in the garbage because that what it was. Hard to pay $11 for garbage isn’t it?

I asked for the jalepeno pepper jack bacon burger plain. What I got was just meat patties and cheese, with the bun of course. When I ask for a plain bacon burger, do you think that I want you to take the bacon off of it, or do you think I want the spicy mayo and jalepenos taken off of it? Tell me, WHY would I pay extra for a plain bacon burger JUST to have the bacon taken off? Do I have to go into excruciating detail just to say I only want bacon on it? God forbid I trust the person making the sandwich has half of a brain cell. Not to mention I’ve been trying to call and complain for the past 15 minutes because I spent money that I didn’t have to for a bacon burger I didn’t even get to enjoy, but they won’t answer the phone. I live 30 minutes away and god forbid I don’t check the bag before I go for THREE sandwiches. It shouldn’t be that hard to understand that when someone asks for a PLAIN BACON BURGER that they most likely want to keep the bacon. Tell your worthless managers to answer the damn phone.

What ever happened to good customer service? Today my family decided to drive 40 minutes one way to get to Freddys. A business who previously has never failed us. However, today I can assure you it was NOT the same. After placing an almost 70 DOLLAR order, yes really it was that expensive, the order was wrong. I understand the drive though can be difficult to take orders in, but that is not the customers burden. We placed our order and you didn’t do your job of reading the order back to us or asking any questions to verify the order was correct. As your customer I had no idea you had gotten my order wrong. I also know for a fact that we didn’t order fries because my family NEVER orders fries here, we always pay the up-charge to get cheese curds or onion rings. Upon checking my food (after I had paid) we came to the realization that a cheese curd was missed, we confronted the worker. He proceeded to argue with us and question if we knew what we ordered. After this confrontation, he then wanted to see our receipt. Whoever took our order got it wrong, again, not the customers problem. What was the expectation from the worker here? To pester us until we just give up a leave? Drive off with an order we DID NOT want? He went back and forth with us wasting both of our time. He then said we had to pay for them, okay fine, so we did. The last straw for me was when we were asked to pull forward and sit around and wait on an order of cheese curds. I get you guys are timed for vehicles sitting in the drive through, but wow. How unprofessional to make us sit and wait even longer because of a mistake your workers did. Poor customer service. Next time we have a big order, we will find another business to give our money to. Not once was this guy sincere or apologetic for the inconvenience. Hope it was worth it for you guys over some $4 cheese curds on a $70 order that YOU made the mistake on

Great food, great atmosphere. The staff was fun, especially the guy calling out the orders!
We got there right at opening. They apparently decided to touch up the paint on the bathroom doors 5 minutes before unlocking the front door. Bright Red, of course. They did have signs up but that left only the push plate which could have been missed by many. The merest edge of one of my knuckles touched it and came away red. Lol. Maybe paint at closing?
