I liked it, the food and atmosphere, but thd fries were too little, compare to others were getting despite tipping them..may be they ran out for little? But anyway, I enjoyed the chicken strips. Don’t expect too much. I was so sad to wait as long as I did for cold burgers. I wanted the service to be great like I remembered my visits in the past. I was disappointed! We waited about 40 (+) minutes for two simple burgers. It wasn’t lunch or dinner rush, there weren’t full booths, two or three staff members- why make me ask for my food twice and lie to me when I see it sitting by the grill waiting? Final got our food after 40 minutes only to discover it was cold! No time to complain or ask it to be heated because I was already late for where I needed to be.
Sauces were warm not cold in the lobby, floors were a little dirty, crumbs on the floor and seats of the booths.
Maybe I have to sit in the diner at the bar to prove I’m local, to get service?
I won’t be returning, such a shame. I loved this place.

Amazing place to grab a burger and ice cream!!! And wonderful service!!!! 🙂 It was busy when we got there and the staff handled everything very wonderfully and was so kind! They have great French fries too and their sauce is awesome! So many ice cream and shake flavors!
The countertop in the dinner is made from beautifully local sourced rock, agates and thunder eggs! Very cool! A site to see for sure if you are in town!! 🙂

Had the BLT on sourdough with tots and mushrooms, also the bacon blue cheese with tots. The food was great! The employees seemed very nice and attentive. Will definitely be back again.

The tots are a must have. They even have fry sauce.

I ordered a California Burger and it was the worst burger I’ve ever had! Looked as if the burger was sitting under a heat lamp instead of made to order, the cheese is see thru and hardly any lettuce and disgusting tomatoes on it! I also order chili cheese fires and got no cheese and nasty looking fries. Never coming back here!

We drive thru prineville occasionally and stopped for the first time. (Its been on our stop list but always have an agenda). The milkshakes were 5 stars themselves. Burgers were great too. They were busy today but were friendly and let us know wait times.

Excellent locally owned burger joint with great food and snacks. What you expect from a small town burger shop. Menu packed with fresh made burgers, milk shakes and sides with choices enough to please anyone. Counter service with cheery young people greeting you. Prices fair. Plenty of food for even the biggest appetites. If your going through Prineville, stop here to eat.
