This Sonic on Nashville Road has very nice servers. The food came out fast (not a very busy night) and the ice cream blast was thick and delicious. Tots are always good here and everything was as described for Sonic food. Hard to get out of parking lot during peak times.

I had an incredibly wonderful experience at the Nashville Rd Sonic thanks to the manager Sam. Because the sknic app closes its online ordering an hr before the store does and there wasn’t any clear disclaimer of this stipulation i became frustrated because I had only brought enough money to pay for half the price of the Strawberry Milkshake I was so eagerly anticipating after my long day of work. The thought of having to drive to a atm or back home just to pay for a few dollars would ruin the ever so delicious potential taste of one of my favorite frosty treats! Sam took the time to talk to me about it and even paid for my purchase out of his own pocket. This sonic really knows the meaning of “Customer Service” and the shakes are always amazing !!!!! THANKS AGAIN SAM

Dang…..unfortunately for me I thought I would drive across town for the sonic with the most rated stars for a better experience. That is where I messed up. Lol do people not look at the food they are putting in a bag before serving it to the public? My kid said this place gets 0 stars for burning his corn dog and thinking he would eat it. So thats how I ended up here. Ya welcome. Even my 8yo knew better.

Ordered a small chocolate shake, small strawberry shake, and a large vanilla shake. Took around 15 minutes. No big deal. She hands me all the shakes with no carrier and 1 napkin. I asked if I could get a drink carrier. She said she’d be right back. Waited for another 7 minutes and never returned. So I left. I have one cup holder in my truck. Got home, I had 2 small strawberry shakes and a large vanilla. Had to laugh at that point.
